Looking for terrible customer service? Come on in this place. I ordered a sub online and didn’t receive a confirmation for the sub so I checked my bank account. Subway had charged my card, so I called to confirm they got my order. The lady told me I could just bring in my phone and show them my card was charged and they’d get my sub ready. Went in and showed them. Was told I couldn’t get the sub because they didn’t receive the order even though my account shows the charge and the place and day it was charged. So now I’m sitting here with less money and no sub. How does that work? I’m telling you that is some bad customerService. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 15 years and own my own place. Sad to see such terrible service for customers.
What you expect it's a Subway but it's like a little hidden gem it's clean the staff is friendly and you drive past it many times not knowing it's there.
Looked up the closest subway to where we were and this one popped up. It is hard to find. Attached to a separate building, around the side and no signage near the road. Despite that there were a few people in the shop. I'm not sure what the guys name was but he was working a closing shift and had glasses. He was really nice and upbeat, gave us extra cookies because they came out a little small. Now that I know this location exists, I'll be back. :)
