Everyone we spoke with was very kind, helpful, and quick to respond. Our cakes were creatively decorated AND delicious. The morning of our party one of our cakes had a decor mishap and we were able to call and bring it in to get fixed. Great customer service and delicious cake!

I’ve been in love with this place since I discovered it. When I got married last year I didn’t even question it, I knew I had to have them make my cake. I had already tasted most of the flavors they provided but I was delighted with the tasting session they provided for me. For my wedding, I ordered a custom cake (strawberry shortcake) and several mini cupcakes (strawberry shortcake and pumpkin spice) my wedding was Halloween themed as it was on the day and they did not disappoint! It was a way cheaper and tastier option in my opinion. Great job y’all! Can’t wait to come see you again. ?

My wife and I have stopped in on our way back from the YMCA. We only stopped because Nothing Bundt Cakes was closed and I'm so glad we did because these are the best cupcakes I have ever had. Their lemon cupcake and buckeye cupcake are fantastic. We've tried about 6 different flavors in a week!
I was chosen to deliver a thank gift to Smallcakes for their work in our community. I work for Chestnut Hill Senior Center on Thompson Rd., very close to their business. It was my lucky day. When you go there, and you should, get a smash cone which is a cupcake sandwich with ice cream in the middle. Yummy. Megan is the one I talked to and I found out it is her parents business. I asked if the location was tough to find and she shared that she not only bakes and works there but is also their social media person. They have good success with word of mouth and social media. Try them, you won’t be sorry. We order from them frequently and everyone raves!
Friendly. Professional. And of course super tasty and beautiful cakes. Everyone raved about the cake for my daughter’s birthday. The service was above and beyond. We’ve had several cakes from here and they never have let us down.
DISCLAIMER: I have not had the treats, but look forward to returning.This rating is based on the experience I had last week. I stopped by impromptu because I was in the are and wanted something sweet. There was a customer in front of me who was being taking care of, but the credit card machine seemed to have gone down.I understand this was out of the employees control and she consulted another coworker to assist. I remained patient for about five minutes or so. Most of that time, the young lady was standing watching her coworker attempt to fix the machine. But in that time, I was not greeted, acknowledged or helped once (although eye contact was made several times).I was in no rush, but did not feel valued and left. The treats looked good and I will plan to give it another go in the future.
