Delicious deep dish pizza. Baked to perfect degree of "doneness." Tangy sauce, chewy dough.Address on Google search is wrong: s/b 1161 not 1119.
Honestly I wish I wrote a review years ago and it would have been 5 stars always EXCELLENT service, hot pizza. I hadn't ordered for a long time and figured I would. Took a little longer than normal, but ok. Take a bite and it's almost cold with a weird taste I don't ever remember &Not square cut like I selected, but whatever I'm drinking so it's fine. A month later decide to give it another shot. Same scenario except I'm sober and I'm wondering what exactly happened to this place ? The sauce doesn't even taste the same. Although they do still give u the capone sauce which is great bc it's the only way to eat this new strange tasting pizza. Obviously don't know what square-cut means since this time my md. pizza was cut into 16ths I was not completly unhappy about that but just...odd.
90 minutes after ordering and my order gets cancelled, no call no explanation nothing. What kind of customer service is that. Avoid at all costs.
My experience was just awful. No knock on the door , food was ice cold after 1 1/2 hr waitI won't order again.
I have never had a problem with this location until last Wednesday. Ordered a large cheese pizza (cheddar topping) for my son. He was the only one that ate the pizza. Around 45 minutes after eating the pizza, he started vomiting and gagging. Vomit and gagging continued till the next day. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering pizza from them anymore.
Didn't put the sauce on my pizza that I paid extra for, and didn't give me any of the sauce cups that I also paid extra for. Talk about money wasted, that order cost me $45 and one whole pizza isn't even edible.
Was at this location when a employee was yelling profanities at patrons, went into the store to talk with the manager. The one behind the register said the one yelling profanities was the manager. Both tried to act like it never happened.
Just picked up from the Gahanna location. Not a single person making the food had a mask on and when I asked why my small pizza and Stromboli were $30 the guy at the register said “it is what it is”. I’ve never spent that much money here before. The food is great, don’t get me wrong, but there needs to be a manager or someone over the age of 19 to run the show….
I LOVE Romeo's but today was the WORST! My wings were tiny & my sub was SWIMMING in salad dressing (after marking the LIGHT option). That sandwich was sooooo soggy it came thru the foil AND the paper bag. It was like someone made it yesterday & left it in their car overnight in the heat. HORRIBLE!
First time trying their pizza and salad. I'll definitely try it again. Both were really good.
