I've not been to a RC location that didn't have piping hot fresh chicken, friendly &speedy service. The food is exceptional!!!
Imagine saying you open at 10 and the drive thru is still closed at 11… Same with closing. Change your hours. I understand canes is short staffed nationwide but every other business is experiencing the same issue. They are doing fine so it seems… Canes needs to do better this is unbelievable… Good food though.
You will wait in a ridiculous looking line, but your food will be hot, accurate, and the wait is never as bad as it looks.I appreciate that my tenders are always crispy, fresh and hot. I love the sweet tea, it’s very refreshing and the fries are typically hot and well seasoned. A great spot for a casual meal or something on game day!
Drive thru only, count your chicken tenders, I ordered 10 tenders and 4 sauce and only received 9 tenders , I did get the 4 cups of sauce. Other than that the tenders and sauce was great. I would recommend this place. The only reason I gave 4 ⭐ was because I didn't get my full order of 10 tenders.
We ordered the Box meal with 4 chicken fingers . My only complaint is that I ordered a coke with no ice and received a diet coke with ice. The line was long but went fairly quick. The food was good.
Horrible service! Given then a chance and given them time!!Forget it. Not going back until they open up the inside. The drive through is worthless. Line ridiculous! No room for cars and horribly slow!Just isn’t worth it.Had to just leave — AGAIN!
This location has really friendly staff, fast service, and great food! The only downside is, they start blocking the drive thru at 845, so get there early. Even when there is a long line, it moves pretty fast for how busy they get, so don't be discouraged
Amazing food as expected! The only reason I give this Keynes a three star rating and particular, is because of the weight! The line is literally wrapped around the building every single night. Doesn’t matter what day of the week it is it’s busy. On average estimation, probably about 25 to 30 cars in line. So if you go here, make sure you have time on your hands and you’re willing to wait.
Understaffed Because Joe Biden, Employees That Are Rude & Unprofessional. On Top Of That At 8:46pm They Walk Out Put A Cone In Front Of My Car In The Drive Thru & Said Were Closing Sorry But The Other 10 Cars Got What They Cane For. Very Very Disappointing Because I Really Enjoy Eating At Caines
Dine in is incorrectly listed as open on google. It’s closed. Update it to make it easier for trucks to make a decision on a better place to eat. Not considerate. This location is nothin’ but jokes boys
