The workers were HIGHLY unprofessional and RUDE. They had a huge sign advertising frozen Coca-Cola and when I asked for one she instantly got an attitude. I asked why they had a sign for it if they didnt have it and that made her very angry. I dropped the situation and continued my order. When I got to the window someone came over and basically started yelling at me about how they cant control whats on the sign. I had not even said anything to her about it again. I asked if I could just have my food please and she told me I didn't need to take an attitude with her. When I just wanted my food. She made me pull around to a curbside pick up spot to receive my food. They took forever. And then part of my order was missing. So I had to go get it from the walk up window. I don’t think I will be returning to this Alger road location.
It’s a McDonald’s so I’m not salty because my expectations are low, but this particular location constantly messes up orders in-person and ones from online. It’s a gamble you take…Most recently I was told to stop ordering as I was giving my drive thru order, I sat at the speaker for ten minutes and then ended up backing out and leaving. The time before this my friends and I ordered Big Mac meals they had on special and they only put one patty on all of our sandwiches. ?❌
Its old school walk-up or drive through. They serve fast and the food is good. Its good and a change of pace. Nice!
What can I say. It's McDonald's. However the staff was pleasant, listened, made the food as requested, served it hot and fast. No complaints.
I was babysitting my coworkers 2 kids (5 &7) Well after a day at the park. The kiddos wanted a Happy Meal, so I pulled up to order. I've never ordered a Happy Meal, so I have no idea what's in one.Except what's shown on the menu. The person who took my order (The plus-size, male, with nails) was so rude, and questioning if I want double fries??I said no, just whatever comes with the Happy Meal. He said apple slices or double fries?So I went with apples ??♂️? So when at the window the (male, with nails) was extremely rude. He was so rude, I simply canceled my order and left. I will never go to McDonalds at that location again.
Chickens and cows are suffering in the slaughter house like they are klumped in jail. And no one wants to do anything about it. But all we see here is just meat and dairy in this restaurant.Not one single vegan product.That shows that McDonald’s doesn’t want to change for the world.Also in UK, their fries doesn’t contain beef flavor but for somehow, in US, you guys do. It is so sad how much ingredients you put into these products and except the Americans to not have DIABETES.
Really slow service, got my order wrong, had to pull around to the parking lot but they did not bring the corrected order to me. I had to go up to the window to get it.
This place needa be outta business Litterally I just order my food just now and my food breakfast sandwich all red they had the wrong order on mines food no fully cooking it’s either ima call y’all franchise or ima call corporate I spent 9 dollars on un cooked food and didn’t even get a receipt for my order so I need somebody to contact me asap
It was my first time here at this location. I had ordered ONLY 5 small bags of fries for multiple children, and they were NOT good!!! The bags contained mixtures of some not fully cooked while others were crunchy! Huge disappointment! Afraid to discover how the burgers are cooked! YUK!!!
Super small and no indoor dining. But what a wonderful amount of customer service. They do get you through the line quickly!
