I order Massey’s at least once a week and had always been pleased until recently. Today was the third time my pizza was barely cooked, dripping sauce and barely edible. I had to eat the garlic bread only since the pizza was so bad. They sent some nasty garlic dipping sauce that is not the usual and this is also the third time I received it. I don’t even know what it is, it smells like Italian dressing with maybe a tiny bit of garlic, it is terrible. I feel bad for even writing this but it’s just sad that one of the best pizza places around no longer cares about quality or fixing their online ordering menu to include breadsticks which they do have and after many attempts to get them to put it back on the menu they have not.
Omg Masseys is Legit the best pizza ever!!!! Super old-fashioned style. Has the crispy pepperonis. Love the fact that you can get an extra large which is above your standard size so if you’re feeding a lot of people it’s really convenient and the cost is on the higher end. I’m pretty sure pizza is like 20 something dollars! Worth all 20!!

As a life long Gahanna Massy's customer I unfortunately have had to go plant based and would like to ask you to start offering plant based sausage. This would be wonderful and my family would appreciate being able to have their favorite Massy's pizza's. until then we're stuck with the competitor. Please!
After decades of ordering from Masseys in gahanna they once again started delivery burned pizzas - almost $25.00 for a medium cheese and pepperoni. They would not send out another one but said they would apply the credit for another time. when i called to re-order a few days later they said because i “hung up” on them so they did not apply credit. - although they have my account info etc. The manger said she would give me $5.00 off. I think they should have given us $100 credit for all the burned pizzas over the years. never again - calling corporate.
I enjoyed the pizza. The website allows me to have lite vegetables. This is the greatest part of ordering for me. They get it right all the time!
Massey's pizza has always been a go-to restaurant for us. Whether we dine in or carry out, the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious.
Visited this location when I heard that they had a lunch buffet? The staff was nice. The salad bar was limited but fresh. The pizza was a disappointment. Massey's is known for their pepperoni pizza being loaded with edge to edge pepperoni. The pepperoni pizza on the buffet had less than half the normal amount. Pizza selection was very limited and they all had very limited toppings. I expected better pizza with a price tag over $10.
They are always so nice, the food is good and service is ? great.
Meh. Way too expensive for what you get. They certainly load up the toppings and they are fresh, but a medium 2 topping pizza for $17 is ridiculous. O.K. pizza, not worth the price.
