So we ordered some boneless wings and they gave us bone-in and when we got them we called back to try and change them and when we did the owner was so rude and disrespectful we just asked to switch them and they said you never said boneless and got all rude on us and then we asked to change again and the owner said you never said boneless and it was so rude and he had a bad attitude and all so this is just bad service
Unfortunately, this place has gone down over the years. Used to be known city wide for their pep quality and quality cheese and toppings. They use subpar quality toppings and the thin crust flakes away because it's so old. Along with subpar toppings the customer service is terrible with agressive and very rude service, Save your time and money, they're are better places.

We've ordered pizzas from Katie's for years.Tonight we ordered a pizza for delivery. We were told the pizza would arrive between 45 and 60 minutes.After 1hr 40 minutes we attempted to call. No luck. The phone was busy.I'm guessing the phone was taken out of service.This is a first.Katie's is experiencing staffing issues.FYI
Less then 1 star. The worst customer service I ever have experienced. Not sure if under new management or what but will NEVER order from them again. Called to order delivery , employee that answered attempted to take the order barked at me to slow down, even though speaking slow enough so he hung up the phone on me. Attempted to call back to speak with the manager or owner and come to find out was the rude individual I was speaking to. The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered in my life!
Love their pizza and subs! Unfortunately the last 2 times I tried to order from them they had their phone off the hook. Hope they are able to acquire a full staff soon!
Used to be my favorite pizza spot in Gahanna since high school but the customer service over the years hasn’t gotten terrible. The manager has the worst attitude and has 0 customer service

Let's start with your posted hours of operation. On YOUR webpage you have your hours of operation posted and seem to pick and choose if you're actually open by ignoring the phone, answering your phone and hanging up on us but when you do choose to answer, You always answer the phone with a nasty tone. I quit ordering anything from you a long time ago but my husband still wants something occasionally and every single time he is reminded that you just down right suck as a business and he is always let down by what he had hoped to order.
