Food is as expected for JJs. Problem is with customer service. Ordered a single sandwich for delivery. Office is located about a mile from the store. Took over an hour and a half to get it delivered. Even drove over after it had been 45 minutes. They said the sandwich was out for delivery and would be there in 5 minutes. Didn't offer an apology, an explanation or really anything. Had to wait another 45 minutes before I even got my sandwich. When you slogan is freaky fast, and your website says it is out for delivery 20 minutes after you order, and your food is still over an hour away, might be time to rethink either your slogan, or your delivery windows.
Even ordering online doesn't help . Ordered specifics on my sandwich IN the app paid IN the app so it would be ready when I got there and it would be made correctly. I was so WRONG . First I get there gave it 15 minutes from the time I ordered online until i headed to the shop still had to wait inline then get home and the extra I paid for NOT on my sandwich at all but by this time they had already taken my money and I was back at home at work. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE overall . My advice check your order BEFORE you leave the store and the order ahead just not worth it doesn't save you time if they didn't make your sandwich or didn't make it correctly. I forgot to mention no one wears a hair net at all no head coverings ??
First time I was in this store they were playing very inappropriate music, next time I come in they couldn’t even put my subs in a bag. They don’t give napkins and handed me a bag to putmy own subs in a bag. Employee are rude as hell. Don’t Eat here and support this toxic environment.
The sandwich was excellent, the service was extremely fast and professional!
I ordered trough Doodash and when the food came I saw the bag was outside my porch torn in half the sandwich was thrown out the bag and one of the cookies was just and empty bag. Later I went to the site to call them and realize the store was closed I feel bad for ordering late I had no idea I thought it was coming from the Jimmy John's closest to me that was open late but this is the most disrespectful thing I have ever seen in not eating the food because I have no idea what they have done to it. And Jimmy John's has there website set to not take complains by say the website has crashed after you submit the form and their email tells you to submit a form knowing damn well it won't work.
Freaky fast? I've been waiting over an hour. Way too many times of this. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST LOCATION AND IS NOTORIOUS FOR DELAYS AND FOOD THAT HAS TURNED SOGGY.UPDATE: After calling and asking to be refunded, I was otld it's almost there. Fair enough. It arrived, but was missing a couple of ingredients, so it wasn't even correct. I'm done here at this location.
Went in for lunch and staff was fast. Pos system went down and had no cash. Staff tried their best to get system back up. Appreciate the effort and was comped my meal.
Bread was stale. Worst Jimmy John's experience in a long time
My young daughter order her a sub and they delivered it to the wrong place they said she entered the wrong address but we order here all the time our address is saved in the app. The so called manager read me my address back and the tried to cover it up and say a different one. They didn’t try to rectify, no we will make another you have to pick or we’ll give you a discount on another order it was basically your out of a sandwich and money. I even went to the address they delivered to and her food was gone. We stopped going in because they weren’t friendly. It hurt my daughters feelings. She spent her last for her favorite sub.
I've ordered from this location several times because they are so close to my work. They're great when I order catering meals for my staff.However, when ordering individual sandwiches they never customize it correctly. This is the 4th time I've added toppings when ordering online or over the phone just for the sandwich to show up plain. The receipt they staple to the bag shows the toppings, they just don't care enough to add them. Very disappointing.
