I came in about noon on a Saturday and ordered a steak big kahuna.I didn't realize how busy they were. The pleasant crew took my order and got me in and out in very little time. The leader was joking around while keeping everyone doing what they were suppose to. Great Young employees that made one hell of a sammy. Keep up the great work!
The food is great. Wish I could have got some. Tried to walk in at 8:50pm (when the hours online and on their door say they close at 9:00pm) and the doors were locked, lights were off, and the employees were cleaning up. I yanked on the door and the employee looked straight at me and walked away.We called in to see if they were open and the manager confirmed they closed at 9:00pm, but also claimed her employees had to leave at 9:00 so they closed. We advised her they should update their website and she hung up. Hard to find good help to make a sandwich these days, I guess. Sadly a common theme with Jersey Mike’s. It’s a shame they can’t find management or employees who actually care.
I'm sure most of you know the food here. I liked the quick accommodation of the order taking since I came for a take out. Good food and great staff.

The customer service is the worst. I've order from the app to have delivered. The last 3 times they've messed up my order. 1st they gave me the Wrong sandwich. I didn't complain because things happen. The second time I orderd the combo drinks and chips. They didn't send me the drinks. I let it go again and just went to get my drink. Yesterday I ordered again and still they again left out the drink and chips. This time I order because I'm sick and not sure if its covid. I called. Julie (who also claim to be store manager) first claimes she personally put them in the bacg and there's nothing she could do about it. The bag was sealed with the three seals so it was not opened since it left the store. I told her. Then she claim she checked with her employee and they said they put it in the bag. Now she clearly is lying. Which is it did she put it in bag or did her employee put it in bag. End of the day she claim she couldn't give me a refund on my card since i used points for one of my sandwiches and she couldn't have the drinks delivered because I need to make a new order (meaning I repurchase and pay new delivery charges). That my only option was to come pick up the drinks. So potentially with covid she made me come to the store again to get drinks. Both Jersey Mike's or its employees have found the perfect way to steal and pocket money. Just don't give delivery customers their stuff and then pocket the money.
1st time going to the Jersey Mike's New Albany and I was ripped off I ordered a regular big kahuna sub and a kid's meal the sub was supposed to be 915 and the kids mill 495 I was charged a total of $19 for the meal and when I got the receipt the receipt didn't even show a breakdown of the cost of each item it just showed how much I was charged I will never go to the Jersey mike again and I forwarn everyone make sure you check your receipt or ask questions about your bill before you pay
Please change your hour to reflect what is online. Store is supposed to be open until 9 and was closed at 7.
outstanding staff! best sub i’ve ever had in my life!!
Worst customer service from CJ (only). I ordered my first sub, a giant. He looked me up and down. I started to tell him no tomato and he rudely pointed at another employee and told me not to tell him what I wanted on the sub. The other employee made my sub, he grabbed it and went to ring me up. I stopped him and told him I needed another sub to who the replied told that I need to order the subs at the same time. Again, rude and with attitude. I told him he never asked me if I wanted anything else. He acted put out and he said fine. What do you want. I never go to that Jersey Mike’s but I was in the area. I will not being going back.Sunbury road is great.
Horrible staff especially manager Payton. They have made my sandwich wrong 3 times! I have severe allergies & can’t risk the mistakes...but oh Payton will reassure you..yeah no thanks! Rude service & can’t get an order right ever!
