Well, Jersey Mike’s is feeling the sting of inflation as well.. now a single layer of turkey and provolone shaved so thin you can see thru it! I mentioned to the guy making my sub tonight (06/25/2022) that was the skimpiest sub I have seen them make in the 13+ years I have been going there! He didn’t care and said nothing.. In fact, he was more concerned with his co-worker and yelled at him for not cleaning the board after making a sub, then shoved my sub at him to finish up.. awkward . I will not be returning there again, plenty of other good sub places around..
Whoever was the manager March 19th 2022 at 1:40 pm was so rude it was ridiculous I drove 25 mins to get a sub from there and I offered to give a $20 bill for one sub because their system was down AGAIN and he couldn’t even make accommodations smh making the store lose money and he was grabbing his hair and stuff while I was asking questions I was only trying to give suggestions the other manager is awesome but this one is terrible
This place has gone WAYYYYY down hill recently. Multiple times I’ve been told I can’t even order. Today you can’t order hot subs. Don’t gamble with this place. Go somewhere else or a different location.
Do I feel like I need to take out a line of credit when I get giant subs for a crowd? Yes. Does it worry me that they had employees clearly walk out during COVID? Definitely. Am I still getting sandwiches there. Yeah I am. It's hard to beat the processed meat. What can I say?
Food is great, but the staff act like they want nothing to do with you, which seems to be a Jersey mikes thing. Subs got smaller, more like a subway or pennstation size now.Inside is clean, not much else to complain about.
Great food as always, but disappointed there is no sign requesting customers be masked. Only one out of 4 employees masked and most customers not masked. Hard to believe with how contagious this latest strain is along with the regular flu. Please be courteous of your fellow humans. ?
This was the first Jersey Mikes I've ever been to. The bread was stale and the sandwich was very soggy and sloppy. I thought that was how all Jersey Mikes were going to be so I didn't get any more. But just today I went to the one on Broad Street and the bread was super fresh, and the sandwich was not soggy or sloppy at all. AVOID THIS LOCATION AND GO TO THE ONE ON BROAD STREET.
I'm not really sure what's going on at this location. For the longest time they had a sign up on the door (it may still be there) that said they're out of bread, but when I went to pick up my order, they said it wasn't true. This is presumably to keep customers from coming inside.Also, I ordered for pickup once more than an hour before they closed, and when I went to pick up the order (this was still an hour before their closing time), they said they were closed and wouldn't give me my order despite the door being unlocked and the restaurant not closing for another hour.Finally, today, I just ordered from this location on Doordash, and they simply cancelled my order. Now I have to wait 5-7 business days for the money to be refunded to my account.It seems that they are just too lazy to do their jobs and that they really don't want the business.
They have the best subs. Hands down.
