I love firehouse subs. But today among other days in the past they let the phone ring, and then pick up and hang up. I called back again to the line being “busy”. So I decided to go up to the drive thru to put my order in & they proceeded to tell me I would have to come inside to make an order. I had told them I purposely called to make a PICK UP ORDER because I can’t get out of my car & it highly upset me that they treated me like this. Will not be returning.
My beautiful girlfriend and I just met for lunch after moving to Pataskala. Firehouse subs is one of our favorite spots to eat and this place really embodies the hospitality of the gahanna area. Khearsten welcomed us with a smile, had some flair not just a greeting but acknowledging the customer and making you feel welcomed. The crew cut up my girls salad and fixed it exactly the way she prefers and even asked again if it was the way she wanted it. If your wanting firehouse and in gahanna or passing through stop by! Excellent food and customer service will be back!
The shop is clean and the food is good, but expect to wait. They seems to get very busy quickly at lunch time and it appears there is not enough staff for the demand.
So I'm gonna start out by saying I love firehouse subs. I've been at this location a few times with no problem. I came today for lunch and was very uncomfortable. Rhe woman who I assumed was a manager was yelling and insulting her employees. Talking to them like they were stupid. It was very uncomfortable. I was tempted to tell her to stop treating people that way. Yes I believe the employee may have been struggling and messing up, but there is no need to treat people that way. Offer them training or pull them aside. Don't continue to insult and embarrass your employees. Telling them they're making things worse etc... on top of that putting her finger in his face yelling at him. Cussing and everything. This is not ok behavior. I understand the struggles of fast food, but treating people with respect goes along way. I sonappreciate the lovely young lady who walked into work not knowing the situation with a huge smile, handled the stress and awkwardness with grace and respect. She smiled, offered her help and diffused the issue. She should be promoted to manager and maybe train the others. Overall my sandwich that ibwaited 25 minutes for and was good especially because the nice employeenwho came in later made it.. I would have asked for my money back had that mean disrespectful manager made it. All I ask that you train your managers to please treat your employees with respect and dignity. You never know what somebody is going through.
This place is always dirty and the employees move so slow it blows my mind. There is no leadership. Everyone there has potential but not one person is driving the ship. The guy in front of me waited 45 minutes for their order. We are sitting at 25minutes for two sandwiches. There is mass confusion behind the counter and zero effort from staff. This place is a disgrace.
Every time I eat at Firehouse Subs, and I eat here lot, I always receive good food, good customer servers, and I'm quickly served.
Subs are amazing. A little bit of a wait for Carryout but to be expected when they offer door dash
Super unfriendly. I placed an online order that would be ready at 12:15, was finally ready at 12:35. They said they were slammed but there was literally two people already eating when I arrived and no line.
I ordered soup and sandwich comboCosted $10. Portions were way too small for the price. I left hungry. Had to get burger from Wendys. Staff was good though.
The app for firehouse subs sucks!!!! My dad turned 75 today and the app said I could get a free sub and of course couldn't use the app to redeem for my free sub so of course I went into the store and they couldn't help me out either!!!! So I guess no more firehouse subs since it was to hard to help out a regular customer on my dad's 75th birthday!!!!
