Great pizza, prepare for a potential wait due to tight staffing.Donatos is a wonderful quality pizza, we order from this location frequently for dinner and lunch. The staff is always friendly and hard working but the pandemic has taken its toll on staffing so be patient and check your order. This time my pizza was about 20 minutes past it’s quoted time and the first time it was made wrong (which I nearly missed until I checked going out the door)The inside has been remodeled which will be great once it’s finished.
As frustrating as getting an order delivered incorrectly is, the most frustrating part is when you try to call the restaurant and no one answers the phone. I understand mistakes can be made (although meatballs and mushrooms are considerably different). The fact that I called repeatedly over the past half hour only to sit on hold so long that the call disconnected.... I guess I'll throw this in the fridge and take it back to them tomorrow morning when they open.
Disappointed, typically my go to pizza spot. The pizza came out under cooked and they dumped way too much cinnamon on the Hawaiian pizza, and cinnamon on pizza is no bueno
nice staff. the drive thru credit/gift card reader wasn't working. the cashier had to manually key in every card.
1.5 hours to get my food. Order from a diffrent location or place. I ordered online waited 40 minutes in the drive thru to get to the window. They gave my order to someone else, so asked me to pull over to the drive thru order parking spots. 20 minutes later one of the employees comes out with a salad asking what I am waiting on and goes back in. 30 minutes later I try calling like I think they may have forgot at this point, suprise they dont answer calls and it hangs up after 10 minutes. I had to walk to the drive thru window to ask a new window person for my food. My order was promised at 5:30, it was 7 by the time they gave me my cold order.
I know they are short handed, but I ordered at 5p, said to come at 5:30 online (paid online)Sat in my car waiting in line for an HOUR and at 6:30p finally arrived at the window and was handed my wings and told myOrder is not ready and park in a spot and wait!Unacceptable- will never order from here again.
Pizza directions ignored multiple times in a row. Never cooked well done, and always piled with way too much sauce and cheese, despite instructions. Really dissatisfied. Also, employees are not wearing masks or gloves of any kind. Bad experience.
I know that they are short handed, but that should not stop them from getting the order correct. I ordered on line and ordered a side salad with items to be removed. I got a different salad that I could not eat. I tried calling and could not get anyone.
Worst location ever!!!! Not sure what changed in the last few months but the service at this location is TRASH as of late! Last week i placed an order for pickup through the app, it took me over an hour in the drive up window! Lobby was closed!! I should’ve learned my lesson then!! Tonight for whatever reason i decided to order delivery and 4 hours later nothing arrived. I made the 2 min drive over to see no line in the drive up window and a bunch of excuses as to how my order was missed!!! Simply trash. Never again. If there was an option for ZERO stars id pick that.??
Waited an hour after the estimated ready time just for a warm pizza, pretty sure they forgot about it. No apology, and it's been happening more than once.
