No way to get in touch with them if your order is wrong! Very frustrating.
The District manager Martel Sanders is a liar who flirts with women and is cheating on his wife with a young girl who’s boyfriend was recently killed. Donatos does nothing about this but promotes “family values”. Kids literally working in the kitchens on the weekends at the Worthington stores, black mold under the tables in the kitchens.
Was very disappointed..very skimpy on pepperoni..I thought they did edge to edge ..ordered 2 ..one was a little better and one was very few pepperoni..not as expected from donatos at all
Pizza is completely burnt and we are unable to eat
Pizza is tasty and high quality. Probably a bit too many toppings as they fall off. I don't like the unconventional slicing, nothing wrong with the good old pie cut.

This has happened several times now. We order online and at the designated time we come to pick up and pizza isn’t ready. This time we did a time order so they would have 2 HOURS to get the order ready. We get here and they don’t even have a ticket for our pizzas. The young man working the window bless his soul went and got the manager like he should.She finally came and told me they’re having technical difficulties would I like a cookie while I wait. I asked her how long it would be since I’ve already waited 15 minutes. She then blames the young man. I was livid. It wasn’t any of his fault! He was doing an excellent job! She gave me cookies. I gave her 15 minutes and it was ready. She told me she would watch them while they made the pizzas. A good manager would be helping and training. I don’t know what happened to this location, but it’s in dire need of help. I love Donatos, but this location is consistently terrible. The pizzas and bread were also burnt.
We ordered $50 worth of food on New Year’s Eve . Ordered it online and it said it would be ready at 6:40pm . My husband arrived there around 6:20pm and was in line until 7:20pm only to be told that our pizzas were not ready and that 2 people were on break and it would be another 20 minutes . I get that places are busy but if the line was to the steet and customers were waiting for over a hour in line then they should have tried to get the line down and food out before leaving for break and us customers getting cold food ( the subs were done and cold ) and then having to still sit in the car another 20 min to wait for our pizzas so our kids could eat . They did not hesitate to run our card for the whole order but never offered any money off or anything for the inconvenience and wait time . Do better Donatos
Usually order to pick up but had too many kids to load up so I ordered online. It said my order would be delivered by 7...So 10 after 7 I tried to call thinking they are short staffed and it may be late. I understand. I tried calling for 20 minutes and they DO NOT EVER answer their phone, not really sure why they have one. My husband gets home and sits with the kids so i can drive up to see what is going on since they don't answer the phone. I get there and the girl at the window can't find my order so she gets her manager. The manager with the blue hair asks for my phone number and once she pulls up my order states very rudely "This is a delivery, it already left! It was marked as delivery. " I then told her that i wanted it delivered and I had been trying to get threw to see what the hold up was and couldn't get an answer so i drove up because i have hungry kids. Again a roll of the eyes and she says "It's out for delivery." And closes the window...no sorry about that or anything!!!I get that people are short staffed. I managed a kitchen for 13 years, i understand the turnaround and the trouble to find good people who want to work. My kitchen was shut down when COVID started and the buisness sent all their employees home to work permanently. I just don't understand why she was so rude. So now we wont be ordering again for some time if at all from there. I have found some really good pizza places that are cheaper and have just as good of food as Donatos.
Too many pizza places nearby to have to tolerate bad customer service.Editing my original review so that i can respond to whomever responded from Donatos. Send feedback? I did the day of the issue. A week later and no response. It seems to me the response to the google review is for optics because i did provide feedback and have not heard back.
