Absolute joke! I ordered 12 pizzas more than 24 hours in advance for an 11am pickup. They open at 10:30. I get there at 11:05am expecting them to be ready as I had like 60+ guests ready to eat! I walk in to the guy saying “ we are not open yet our manager isn’t here yet.” Yet their hours are outside posted as 10:30. The dude didn’t even know my order was due until he checked and said “oh yeah it’s right here.” He had zero explanation as to why it wasn’t starters. Didn’t seem in a rush to find out why. Thank goodness for little caesers for being able to knock out 12 pizzas for me in under 15 minutes. Such a joke!
The pizza is getting worse and worse. Dominos is what it is, so you don’t order it expecting to be overwhelmed with quality but this is unacceptableThe minimal staffing (there’s only been one or two people the last few times I’ve visited in the past 2-4 months) is clearly beginning to affect the product; this is the driest pizza I’ve ever received from the company or this location. There was practically no sauce on the pizza and as you can see what little bit of cheese is on the center of the pizza is burnt.The three stars is mostly indicative of prior positive experiences, this order was easily a one or two-star product.
Thin crust was better than the hand tossed. Great value (5 star) and reasonably good taste (3.5 star).
We placed an online order and it stated it would be ready for pick up at 6:30. I get there at 6:30 and am told that they haven't even started my order and that it would be another 20 to 30 minutes before my order would be ready. I have to drive 15 minutes to pick up the pizza because they don't deliver to my house just to be told it's not ready. I am very disappointed and will not return
I love the management team of this Dominos location. I order the same thing every time I come in to order. Food has always been excellent. I hope nothing has happened as they have been closed for the past few days. I am missing my Square Cut Pan Pizza.
When I try to place an order online it tells me that the store is not accepting online orders. Or if it is accepting online orders, I get a notice every time I try to place the order that an error occurred. If I place the order at a different location the order goes through. I tried calling this place and they never answer the phone. I even drove to this location and the place is closed. They just need to shut down this location.
They don't answer their phone. I placed an online order to pick up later, and wanted to add to it, but after calling 5 times you can't be bothered to pick up the phone once? This is why I never pay in advance. If you can't be bothered to pick up the phone, I won't be bothered to pick up my order.
Everytime i call to order in the last three weeks I get put on hold for 20 plus minutes or it just rings and rings completely irritated with the customer service
They don’t use gloves ?. The food is good thou .
Very slow service. It was early evening on a Friday and there was only 2 people working!?!? One person was running all over and the other was a driver. Waited 20 mins past the time promised for pickup and for "my inconvenience" I was sent an email for 1 free med pizza with 1 topping. Glad my inconvenience was worth what probably cost you a whole dollar to make.
