I went through the driveway, and the person taking the order interrupted me a few times to ask me if that was all I wanted. I got a chicken finger basket with onion rings. The basket was supposed to be a four piece, but I only received three, and as you can see in the photo, they are absolutely tiny. I almost didn't think they had put chicken tenders in the box! Also, the onion rings tasted like they were old or fried in oil that was dirty, because they were pretty disgusting.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this place, but when I go it tends to be hot or getting to another is inconvenient and so I brush off how terrible an experience THIS DQ is. The staff are rude. I was upset at the size of my medium cone (it was very small, smaller than a small at ANY of the stores nearby) and the lady, at my question of “This is a medium?” Smirked and closed the door in my face.If you order a twist cone, don’t be surprised when you get just a vanilla cone, with no heads up that they decided to change your order.
If I could not give any I would I found a big long hair in my banana split and then got the entire wrong order of food and they called me a liar because when my mom checked it it was in the freeway almost 25 minutes away. There very rude and unprofessional there never go back again
Good service, food. Can take a while if you have 3 or 4 cars ahead of you. Worth the wait.
Great place to visit good food and an assortment of ice cream, can get busy at times.

ordered a 4 piece chicken tender basket. all seems fine till i get home and see there are no chicken tenders. ate my fries and toast, don’t want refund but i hate all the workers who worked on this day. dec. 27. 2021. i hate you all
I stopped after noticing the sign, should have been a sign you're about to make a mistake. It was very very difficult trying to hear and understand what the person was saying on the speaker. At the window they said the total after that not a word. It was just a hand with a bag and I thought do I have everything? I guess they closed the window they could have simply acknowledged this by saying something like thanks have a nice day something just closing the window is pretty rude.
Had a big order for work with food. Great kids. Got everything right. Cashier L was awesome
