Very disappointed. The last 3 visits unfortunately have been bad experiences. The staff does not seem to be trained in making milkshakes, and they are always watered down, and ice cream ceases to exist within this beverage. With milkshakes being overpriced, it’s very unfortunate that a quality product is only achievable by viewing their advertisements.
I ordered through Cold Stones website Gahanna location. My order was delivered via doordash. The order came damaged (milkshake was spilled in the bag) the driver ran off without saying anything. I spoke to the Gahanna store, they said I had to call doordash for the refund. 40 minutes later, doordash is telling me cold stone is responsible...I out my money, the $5 reward I used, and no milkshakes...
My family and I love this location; it’s perfect for a chill day out of the house or coming from running errands.There’s free parking, good spacing in the retail space, and wonderful outdoor scenery when the weather is pleasant. There’s endless possibilities on ice cream, flavors and add-ins which makes it perfect for kiddos like mine who love to her imaginative with their choices and the staff is always friendly and accurate!
I love going to Cold Stone Gahanna. Their service has always been great and they always make my personal specialty Chocolate Devotion w/strawberry ice cream and add Carmel!! Such a wonderful treat!!

Great customer service I changed the car I was originally going to go pick my order up with and I called to let them know and they were understanding, once I arrived I parked a bit far because of the limited parking but the worker didn't mind and walked my order to my car ❤ helped a pregnant woman out ?
