Wow! Just a few months back this was our favorite Chipotle. We drive from the east side. Now not so much. Hubby went in to pick up our order and one of the Chips & Salsa was missing. Go in and a nice young lady (Blonde with ponytail) makes that right. Get him to 3 tiny tacos, a bowl with very skimpy ingredients and a half filled queso. Only hiving 3 stars gor the kind lady who I believe was a manager.
Store was terribly ran , everyone had airpods in which wouldnt be a problem if i did not have to repeat myself 6 times and them still getting what i asked for wrong. Young white girl with glasses got mad and walked away from our food on the line because she couldnt hear what we asked for. Guy working register was very incompetent i asked for 1 drink (with my reward) he said 2 drinks i said no 1 even showed with my finger 1 still gave me 2 at that point i was already irritated with the ignorance and terrible customer service.
Do not order DoorDash from this location. If you ask for extra steak. If you ask for sour cream cheese or anything outside of rice and one meat they will not give it to you. This place is probably full of dumb high school kids that can't pay attention but will still charge you the same amount as anyone else. Will get shortchanged on your ingredients but still charge the same. Whoever runs this store needs to start double-checking these DoorDash orders because I'm getting sick and tired of it and you do not want me to come down there
Stopped this morning right after opening, Carnitas was less than half full, and all dried out and crusty. Employees told me with a straight face that it was fresh this morning, not left over from last night… Sorry, but I didn’t fall for that big whopper of a lie! Worked in food service long enough to know better.
Lately I've experienced a little implicit bias. I still love you guys and you are not the only company infected with this terrible scourge, I just thought you'd like to know.
The food is always great at the store itself, but I'm really tired of portion sizes being horribly wrong for delivery, if I get double rice and double chicken and only get single, that's unacceptable for the extra money I'm paying. Please fix the DML portioning
The short girl with the short orangish hair is the worst!! I hate her ! Be professional and keep your attitude to yourself! What did I do to you? Everytime she works , my bowl is terribly done and she always forgets things. Please do better chipotle.
One of the better Chipotle's in Columbus but my boy was kinda light on the meat so we're docking points there
The lady that was making the orders kept messing with her hair, then going right back to making your bowl/burrito. Excessive food was dropping into other foods! Granted, they might have been short staffed, but you still should clean as you go!
Meat is a little salty sometimes. It's great if you don't have high blood pressure. Fast and friendly!I would vpick this chipotle over the Easton location anyway!
