Store manager Jennifer I think her name was is awesome!! Her crew was friendly and gave me salt pepper and ketchup without me even having to ask. Something you don't get anymore atfast food restaurants these days "courtesy courtesy"!
It was a pleasure doing business there, after going to both the Burger Kings in Whitehall one being told to come back in six minutes, the other one the girl so rude at the drive-thru window I just pulled off. But Dante did such a good job a few weeks ago I thought I would come back and I told him I would mention his name. So if any managers are reading this make sure to take care of him because in this world today you don't find great employees like him.
Only been here once and it was really good, but by looking at other reviews it’s a hit or miss. My only issue was their shake machine was broken, which seems to be a big problem with BK (not just McDonald’s now).Fries were fresh, needed salt. Whoppers were really good, fresh.
The people in here work hard. Sometimes they are under staffed but it is not their fault nor corporates. Unfortunately there just isn't enough people that see value in working a job, any job to pay bills with their own money and play the game with dignity. I had originally written a 1 star review because of the location shutting down an hr early and being effected by the line being cut off. But after speaking with the professional 18 yr old man managing this location I realized what the true reality of the circumstances were.
$3.99 for a small ba on double cheeseburger that was a bit dry:( Gentleman at the drive thru was super kind!
Nothing like getting your food with a angry look and nothing said from the drive thru employee as you get your food. Call it Hate Whitey King from now on. Won’t be back.
Absolutely horrible!!! Cold burger, unrelated cheese, hard bun. I specifically stated twice that I didn't want cheese and requested my order fresh. I love the renovation but wish the quality of food and staff would have also been upgraded. If you are looking for a burger, please try another restaurant or location. I hate how franchise owners are diluting brand names with Horrible customer service and knock off versions of menu items. I was told by a worker that the only to get hot food is when it's busy. That is the most unprofessional but honest response I have ever heard from a restaurant worker. Kudos Burger King for looking a customer. I will spend my money at places that serve fresh food regardless of pace.
Drive thru is closed after 7am. The time on google is wrong.
Good food, took a while waiting in the drive-thru though.
Online it says they close at midnight. Went there at 11:30 and waited almost 10 minutes with no response. Pulled around and the employees were inside cleaning, avoiding eye contact. There were multiple other cars that waited and gave up as well. If they're going to close earlier than advertised, they should put up a sign or tell the customers waiting in line that they're closed so we're not just sitting there.
