A bit pricey for chicken. I didn't pay this much at the Cheesecake Factory. The service was great and the bartender was pleasant.

Wouldn't go back if they comped all my food for the rest of the year. Website for all Bdubs mentions trivia. They used to have hand-held devices for their trivia, but I'd bet COVID help usher that out.Walked in, Friday night at 4:00pm, place was dead. One server, one other party seated and eating, and 4 in our party. Carpet was disgusting and old. But, hey, we overlooked that, we were just trying to get out and enjoy a few games of trivia with our out of town family who were visiting.Well, we ordered drinks, discussed ordering an appetizer while trying to register and login to our "Blazin' Rewards" only to discover, after ordering drinks that trivia didn't actually begin until 6:30pm.When I asked our server, she seemed confused. She did go back and ask a manager, but I got some generic response and was told if we wanted to try trivia we should check out the Easton Bdubs. No manager came out to speak with us, just our waitress fumbling over whatever the manager told her to say. Our waitress was sweet and apologized, but honestly, I was so disappointed that we just wasted $13 on drinks (rootbeer, unsweetened tea-which was horrible, and a Miller draft plus tip) and our time that I'll never walk into another Bdubs for the rest of my life.

Wasn't too thrilled don't think I will return. Had to ask somebody to wait on us after sitting there about 15 minutes, had to go get my own napkins and silverware, when we receive our food 25 minutes later it wasn't hot.. barely warm to the touch, customer service wasn't that great, like she didn't want to be there??‍♀️. My ? strips were good tho??‍♀️ and I still left a tip

Workers do not know the daily specials. Website only allows you to pick what the deal of the day is. But employees said I ordered wrong. Ut some how 6 boneless turned to 12 but it was traditional wing buy one get one free but I ordered 10 and got 10. All in all got charged the same price for the both orders when I said it was wrong they said I was wrong. I been waiting two weeks for a refund. Trash establishment. Management is horrible. Next step small claims to get my refund cause the employees and management are terrible.

We've been getting BOGO Boneless wings on Thursdays lately. I've been picking them up to ensure they are as hot as possible when we get home. Our orders have been accurate and delicious.

It's absolutely terrible! If nothing else because of their service, or actually the lack there of. No less then 15 people standing around waiting on our orders, I ordered mine online 1 hour and 40 minutes ago, FYI was told 1hr 20... No order in site. I just don't understand where the management is? How can you have workers standing around, so confusing!!! Hey corporate office, you should truly be embarrassed with this location!!

We got wings last night and they were tough and chewy. Only 4 were eaten, other 6 thrown away. Ordered chicken tenders and may as well have ordered chicken jerky. They were so hard and dry and overcooked. Only 1 was choked down. Also ordered onion rings, which are normally really good, and they were burnt as hell. There was no onion left inside them, just onion corpses. Everything was terrible. Won't be going back to this location.

Today I ordered wings from herein, I I'll add that I meant to place my order with Canal Winchester because I live closer to Canal. I forgot to change my location from Gahanna ( I work near by). Nonetheless I still came and picked up my order despite it being so far away because I liked the Gahanna location and didn't think it would be a problem. ... Unfortunately my when I got home my wings were over cooked, so I called to see if the wings could be remade for another time since I live so far away. The hostess on the phone was very kind and told me that she would ask her manager. The manager came back with asking if would bring the wings back and they would re-cook them. I explained to the hostess I live to far away to come back today and I asked once again would they be willing to just give me another for another time. She went back again to ask the manager and the manager told her to ask me to bring the wings back another day. Who does that or they could make issue a refund? I feel very disrespected by that. I order wings from them atleast twice a month and I never had a issue with them. The customer service needs to improve with situations like that. I've never had an issue with any restaurant giving me push back. I feel very disrespect and I don't believe I'll be eating there again.

Not a fan of menus on the phone. Server takes our order and delivers our food. We had wings and I ordered Honey BBQ which is a mild sauce. I bit into the first wing with a very spicy sauce. Called waitress over and asked if I received correct sauce. She states that BBW changed the Honey BBQ sauce and now it has more spice (shouldn’t they change the menu and list it as a spicy sauce?) I tried another bite- again very spicy. Had a member of our group who likes spicy food try it. She said it was very spicy like habanero. I call the waitress back again. She says the sauce is correct but she will have it made again. I asked if she could bring a mild sauce for me to dip in instead (I was concerned to send it back. If they’re going to lie about the sauce what else would they do to my food if I sent it back?). Waitress did bring a mild sauce. The next day I went to Morse Crossing location. I asked about the sauce change. Waitress said no changes to Honey BBQ and even brought out a sample. It’s exactly what it is supposed to be so I ordered and received correct sauce. Management at Cherry Bottom location should hope their staff doesn’t blatantly lie to another customer that could have a food allergy. Shame on my server and kitchen staff that prepared my wings.
