My sister Maddie is the GM here. She will definitely do everything in her power to ensure every single guest leaves completely satisfied with their whole experience. Even if something unfortunately does go wrong she will do her best to make sure u r satisfied with the results. My son works here as well. We went on a Sunday and it was pretty crowded, but not terrible. Our large group was seated quickly which was kind of a surprise. The food was decent, par for the course at Bob Evans now. I'd give more stars, but our waitress was pretty surly and distracted, didn't seem like she even wanted to be there.
Left waiting at the front stand while multiple staff glanced at me before returning to their phones in front of house. Seated and not offered a drink for over 10 minutes while multiple staff stand idly in front of house. Hosts used to be required to be on top of seating and offer a drink ipon seating if the server is busy. Clearly no one is busy, they’re just lazy.And have the tables that I see are dirty? Y’all need some uppity young people to exploit. I would’ve been over all of this for $3 an hour when I worked here.But like people were nice when they got around to things.

I went there Sunday morning with my family and I can say this location has Improved tremendously from last year. I was very impressed with our waitress Nadia. She was so kind to me and my family. One of the best waitresses I ever experienced in my life.
Here to pick up a take out order. I ordered it at 8:45. The two meals should have been ready at 9:15. I was at the restaurant at 9:14. I am still waiting on my order. I have been waiting for over an hour in the lobby with others. I have watched others that ordered and arrived to pick up after me get their food. This location needs some serious help. Still waiting and it has been almost 2 hours.
Picked up an order from carry out. Banana Nut bread. Customer service and food were at its best! Would definitely visit here again! They have the best breads!!
Server was great as was the food. The wait time for our food was over an hour. Our server was attentive and kept refilling our drinks, but we heard her apologize to every table within earshot for the crazy long wait.
