I try not to rush to judgement so this is a review of my last two stops-First one was a few weeks back, walked into the restaurant and they told me they didn't have any roast beef. How does a roast beef joint run out of roast beef? Food shortages? Shipping? Ok, i get it. You got a pass.Today i went for lunch- 7 cars in the drive thru, i waited in line for 30+ mins to get 7 cars though. They would take an order and then wait to take the next order until that customer had pulled up, got their food and left- never more than two orders in work at a time in my long visit of their drive thru line. When i did make it up to the window, i could see multiple people inside waiting for their food at the counter and the 3 employees that i could see were working couldn't have moved any slower or they would have gathered cobwebs.Management here needs some serious training. Next time I'm in the area for a quick lunch, I'll go across the street to BK- their wait is usually only 20 mins.
No inside service they use excuse short of staff I go through drive-thru it's raining my windshield wipers are on their microphones not working well and the guy wants to tell me to quit screaming at him cuz I can barely hear him so he gets rude with me and I say I'll go somewhere else and he says please don't come back service will never be the same neither will this Arby's. Don't bother coming here unless you got a lot of time and money and want rude service
I went through the drive through around 5:00 PM on 5/24/2022 and they wouldn’t take my order. They said they were taking online orders only. What is the point of a drive through if you’re not going to use it?! Since they didn’t want to take my order, I went across the street to another establishment and gave them my money. I don’t see myself ever returning to Arby’s.
Sat in the drive thru line at lunch time for nearly 20 mins before I even got to the intercom, just to be told they are only accepting cash. Thanks for wasting my entire lunch break for nothing.
I rolled up around 9 and they looked like they were closed, but the employees saw me looking lost and clarified they were still open. They were awesome. Kind, patient (since I had to get my partner's order over the phone, no one behind me in line though), and so quick! The mint shake and fries were everything I wanted. Much better than my last experience at a different Arby's.
I don't understand for the last 2 weeks whenever we go here for lunch (probably 4 times in those 2 weeks) around 2 o'clock we were always told they wernt taking orders right now. I just don't understand why you would stop taking orders
I know that good help is hard to find, but da.n the last 3 times we went here orders were totally screwed up. It appears that they are in there having a good time instead of listening to the customer ordering.
Very angry with this morse rd and hamilton location!!! Not supposed to close TILL 10pm, went to the drive thru at 9:06pm and sat there and didn’t get any answer for 5 min!!! Pulled around to leave and all the associates are sitting there waiting/watching me leave!!! This is such a badly ran business at this location and i will be doing something about it!!!
Tried to call to see if dine in is open wouldn't pick up phone walk into the restaurant place looks like a dump in the inside complete mess told place is drive thru only smh
Always pleased with quality and taste of there food. Sometimes go there twice in one week
