I love the food ..but I'll only go through the drive-thru anymore I went inside to have lunch with my granddaughter which is a 6yr old and two employees were arguing and then the one of the same people that was arguing with the other employee was talking to a friend and a continued on saying cuss words and her conversation with her friend are you then after I then told them to watch their mouth but there was a child here disrespectful and rude

After spending 20-25 minutes in line at the other Wendy’s in town for a frosty (we were never served, sat at the order monitor for 3-4 minutes with no response), we drive across town for this Wendy’s. Our order was taken here immediately with no line, the receipt says Dalton, whoever served us (a woman) was very polite and joked with us. Very grateful for the quick service.

This is by far the WORST location ever! I have NEVER waited less than 15-20 minutes just to get to the drive through window. This place needs to get their act together. Plus, every order I’ve gotten has been screwed up in one way or another

Went thru the drive thru asked for hot fresh fries because lately they have been cold and soggy. And asked for no salt so I knew they would be fresh and it was like alls they did was refry them and they was so burnt and hard. And asked for no pickle on our burgers and what do u know they was covered in pickles.

Waited for over 30 minutes in the drive through. We had a very simple order for three people and had to repeat it multiple times. If they are so short handed that they can't handle the drive through it needs to be closed until more help is hired.

Our family loves Wendy's chocolate frosty's and cheese fries. I have also recently tried their breakfast sandwiches and those are pretty good as well. I personally tried the sausage egg and swiss on croissant and I liked it. Wendy's gets only a 3 star from me because of the unreliable service. You always need to be prepared to not be in a rush if going to Wendy's because there's no telling exactly how long they will take. I wish they had an app or a way to accept Google pay.

Burgers were cold paid for fries didn't get them. Wait time in drive thru was 20 min. Not going back soon.

This was the WORST experience that I have ever had at a Wendy's. This wasn't the first time at this location either. Over 30 minutes in the drive thru from start to finish. Check your drive-thru VIDEO Wendy's regional and corporate offices. Date 1/3/22. Time 6:15 pm to 6:45 pm. A line out to the street and it was almost like they were making the food as made to order like a real restaurant. No pre-planning or thought process to have food hot and ready for customers. I ordered a chicken sandwich and had to pull up and wait additional 6 mins, after sitting at pick up window. Sandwich was finally brought out and NO APOLOGY for this UNACCEPTABLE, excessive wait. No fries or anything to try to make customers happy for this 30 minute wait. If I wasn't so hungry, I never would have waited in that line. I was ready to drive off, but didn't after sitting there that length of time and they already had my money. DON'T BLAME COVID Wendy's, which is the new excuse these days. Dining room is closed and staff was at a minimum. HIRE SOME STAFF! I'm sure profits are at record levels along with ALL other fast food food places. Shame on you Wendy's!

The gal that took our order was really on top of things!She was young but really had a hold on how to run a smooth operation. Right before she grabbed my bags to hand out the window she verified with her co-worker several different things on the order. I was impressed all around!

I have been pretty sick the past two days and my husband ordered me chicken nuggets, y’all gave us spicy chicken nuggets, now it’s almost midnight and we can’t reorder. Thanks a million ?
