So i normally dont post negative reviews unless it is bad.... Wendys needs to get this location working properly again... It didnt use to be this bad. I waited in thebdrive through line for like 20 minutes when there was 2 people ahead of me. My order was simple a biggie bag with a plain sandwich medium... I get back to my work with my food and my fry wasnt a medium and my sandwich was not plain... Now i understand being understaffed so it may take a little longer but how do you mess up the order that bad. ?♀️?♀️
Legitimately waited 20-25 minutes and the staff completely ignored drive thru. An older looking guy even took the trash out walking right by the car and said nothing of them being closed, the least bit of courtesy could be done in simply telling customers you are closed, whether it is being short staffed or whatever else, but even that could not be done. Very sorry for the regular afternoon staff as they seem much more component than the evening crew.
49 minutes from the time I entered to the time I got food and left. This is by far the worst managed fast food joint in Findlay. They always blame being short staffed. I'm surprised the staff they have currently stay, because it always seems chaotic. It's very clearly a top down issue. Poor management leads to long wait times and bad food. Just go elsewhere.
Food is always good but I ordered ahead to pick up via the drive thru and it literally took 30 minutes to get our food. There was only 4 vehicles ahead. So slooooooow
Took me 45 minutes to get a spicy chicken. Only 5 cars were ahead of me. Sat at the speaker with my window down for 8 minutes just to order . And yes, because it is always like this I actually timed it from start to finish. I can drive to Fostoria and get my food in a quarter of the time!
If the 1 stars outweigh everything else you need to listen. I only checked after wasting 20 minutes in the drive through. If they don't have something for an order they have them sit in the window and waste everyone's time instead of pulling inti a space to bring out food. Can't order in the dining room. Every time I've been here is a 15+minute wait regardless of where you are in the line. Don't go to this store, even try to call to ask why it takes them so long the number doesn't work.
Let's just say yesterday they were having a rough day. Not just with us, but everyone, couldn't even blame it on under staffed, the dining room was closed, drive through was the only thing open, they had so many people in there they were bumping around.. wrong food and not all there on many items. VERY SLOW! 15 minutes and on 3 cars is a bit much. When we asked for our right food, it was still wrong, I just left. And yes.. wrong drinks as well.. the Wendy's on Trenton is so much better, and organized.
Very slow service, would have been 1 star but when arriving to the checkout door was respectfully greeted and given extra items I needed in a timely fashion
This Wendy's used to take forever but recently theyve been doing great. Food taste better, drive time is quicker. The fries even taste noticeably better, how do you even do that?They've earned a 5 star for sure. Stop by if you come to town.
Sign says New Management but still same rude employees. Chicken was hard & dry, and the baconator fries was not even a half container with a blop of cheese sauce no shredded cheese and 3 strips of whole bacon thrown on top. Like seriously sorry you couldn't take the time to cut up the bacon I'll do it for you ?
