In Findlay, Ohio there are several choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I choose the WAFFLE HOUSE on Trenton Ave. for the following reasons:a) I am greeted by name when I enter.b) The staff always wears their name tags.c) The store is clean.d) The store always has in stock the items on the menu.d) I am inspired by the work ethic of the staff, particularly Chelsea, Marcus, and Tiffany.e) Waffle House is open 24 Hours.f) I can play music on Touch Tunes. What is not to like about the Waffle House!

It wasn't horrible but they have definitely done better. The iced tea and coffee tasted old and our cups Had dry food on them. Nothing worth complaining about because they are doing there best with employee shortages but they typically do a lot better.

Food was very delicious and served quick. Staff very nice and helpful. Great waffle house to stop at.?

Ironically, the food was horrible. Although I detoured from my scheduled route to get a pecan waffle. The one prepared for me was extremely hard, unable to be enjoyed. Last, I asked for bacon fried soft and then the lady brought raw bacon, then asked was it soft enough. My detour was severely disappointing.

Wonderful they made my food great! The girls were super friendly ! I felt like I could sit there all night and talk, it felt like knew them for years and had just met them !!

My family and I were en route for a 12 hour roadtrip to visit family down south. It was about 2:30 AM and my parents wanted a break from the car. This Waffle House was the only location that was open on the entire road.We weren't acknowledged until my Mum politely asked "hi, may we have a table"? The waitress didn't even bother to look at us and we were denied seating, stating it was "take out only". There were open tables, and other patrons sitting but coincidentally, we were the only people of colour. We didn't even bother to try asking why. There was no point. We had never been to Waffle House and honestly probably won't due to this experience.

Starting with walking in: greeted by a WALLY. Nice guy. The place was pretty full so we waited for seats. Some opened up after awhile but we needed the low bar seats as one of us couldn't fit in a booth. The waitresses were told this by Wally. They said ok.The table we needed became open by customers leaving. The waitresses still didn't start cleaning it up. After about five or something plus minutes later, Wally grabbed the rag and cleaned it up himself. Kudos to him for getting this family seated. Idk what his actual position is/was but yea.The waitress, Carolyn? Took our order. Order came but she couldn't remember who ordered what for anything. Even after I told her about four times. (face palm). All in all, the food was good, service could have been a little bit more trained.

My family and I were denied to dine in while there were a handful of other patrons already seated. While there were open tables, the staff said no to us - probably because we were the only non-white folks at the restaurant.Wasn't expecting such racial discrimination so early in to our road trip. Merry Christmas.

I will never go to waffle house again.. I've never had someone talk so nasty with an attitude it made me cry just because they didn't want to serve my family food after we'd been traveling for 8 hours. I would recommend IHOP or any other diner even to help me prove a point.. I work in the food industry and my number one Moto is how you treat your customers will affect your business.. The cook was extremely rude. This is the second waffle house we've went to and they you'd us there closing. They said it's a cooperate thing why they can't change it on Google. Because of this waffle house no linger has the thousands of dollars worth business we bring or our investments. I've never in my life had someone talk so rude to me that I cried.

Usually only 2 employees max ever workin after 5. One time only 1 guy was cooking an waitin tables. They usually block off tables but a few tho. Biscuit an gravy is terrible. Waffles are so thin now.
