Jen the manager runs that store like extreme pro. You need stuff for your company they have your back. Coffee, donuts, and even good cold stone ice cream. Even have breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches.
Why am I paying over 2 bucks for this when you can’t even fill it up all the way? Rude staff and half filled drinks. Great way to start the work week thanks Tim’s
7 am and they only had chocolate and 2 honey coated Tim bits left. Didn't even have enough for a 40 piece box between the two flavors
We were driving on a road trip and called at 8pm to ask when they closed. They said they were open until 9pm so we planned to stop for coffee. Upon arriving at 8:53pm, we discovered the outside signage turned off and the doors locked. We were able to go in when other customers came out, and told them I called prior to heading over. They agreed to serve us, but said they could not make the coffee I wanted, and were not pleased. I give 2 stars instead of 1 for the fact that they did not turn us away, but the experience was less than ideal.
Coffee was not hot 2nd morning in a row. Level of coffee is also never to the top of the cup. Breakfast is usually the same issue - temperature is lukewarm at best. Additionally prices are not correct on the board. A large cup of coffee at 1.95 had a mysterious upcharge of 6 cents.I have been coming here when in town visiting, other location on Tiffin is better. Thought about calling to address these issues but doubt anyone here will care as they are young behind the counter at this location and unfocused.I was told that the owner is great to her employees but looking at the unattended Google reviews maybe not so great to her customers. It's time to start paying attention as I am going elsewhere.**a note of warning also for those in the Tim rewards program, this store does not participate.
Best Tim Hortons I've been to. Owners and employees go the extra mile. Always great personable service... Good people.
My bacon was COLD and everything was just bad. I wouldn’t eat here again; I don’t think it would be good! This place is weird and I don’t like what they did and how I feel now. Definitely yeah there is wrong yeah something is wrong here is what I’m thinking ?
Always a great experience and the ice cream is premium grade. Nice variety of flavors from which to choose. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Nice treat after a light meal or a movie.
Mediocre coffee, and very long lines. Although I wasn't disappointed in the service, just frustrated with the line. No fault of the service it's self, but nevertheless; I got what I laid for
Customer service was fantastic, came here because Starbucks was ridiculously over packed and glad I did. Not only is the coffee much better, the customer service makes the experience that much better. The two lady’s we dealt with were upbeat, peppy, and happy to serve us!! Will definitely be back!
