the bench at the table that we were seated at was all ripped up really bad and I had to ask for a regular chair to sit on. didn't look very professional to me. I brought that up to the waitress and she didn't seem very concerned
Worst dinner ever at a roadhouse there were Tons of knats all over the places . Landing on our food and drinks and manger even noticed them but only said sorry and that was it should have at least tried to do something about it right away won’t be back here again anytime soon. Findlay Ohio location
I love this place for one of many reasons the first is their bread rolls... they are so delicious along with their cinnamon / sugar butter OMG!!!! if you never been here I highly recommend going trust me you won't be disappointed. The staff there are always so nice and face its just a great place all the way around!!!! So what you waiting for go try it out lol
Just as good as all the others but two things did put this roadhouse a step above the rest. 1.The rolls were massive and 2. The service was above and beyond, Mckenzie was speedy taking my order within 2.1 seconds of sitting down. Then when my meal concluded before I asked she was bringing me a box of rolls to go and asked if I wanted a tea to go as well. I always get rolls to go but she was the first to mention the beverage. Thank you for an excellent experience!
I love Texas Roadhouse but the service I got tonight was despicable. First problem was we waited 30-45 minutes for our appetizers which was okay cause they were busy till our food came out 10 minutes later come to find out our waitress forgot to put our appetizers in & put our salads as a to go order. We started eating a the ribs were extremely dry and rough. The steaks we ordered weren’t cooked to our preferences. We then asked to have our salads and it took the waitress 30 minutes to come back with check & no salads so we just told her to just give them to us in the to go boxes since they were already prepared to go. Then when I got home I looked at the salads and all I got was a tiny pit of lettuce & crouton’s(added photo). I mean honestly this is ridiculous and horrible customer service. I understand it gets busy and believe me I still tipped good because I know mistakes can happen and not all the mistakes were on the waitress but this should be addressed immediately because I won’t ever be returning to this Texas Roadhouse again.
food was great but our server Jenni was awful! took forever to do anything for us then we went to pay figured make things easier on her and kept 1 bill so I paid cash for my half and boyfriend paid card and she charged his card for the full amount and tried to keep my 20! when I asked why she didn't take it off she said she thought it was hers then gave me an attitude because I wanted my money back to pay for my half of the bill. hopefully if I decide to come back she won't be working!
I've done to other Texas Roadhouse and have great service and food. But here we didn't. It was busy, wait time was an hour. We sat at the bar and the bartender was great. Should have had our food at the bar. Diane was the bartender. She did a great job. However, when we finally got seated. That's when things changed. Our waitress was slow to get to our table. We had other staff attend to us at first. We finally got our waitress and got our order in. We noticed a couple other booths get seated AFTER us. We noticed they all got their food before us. It took about an hour to get our food. During that time when we did see our waitress. one time she walked by fast and yelled out that its Saturday, its busy. She never delivered our hot rolls until a few minutes before our meal. Normally they are delivered at the start. Other tables got theirs at the start. The food finally arrived. EVERYONE of us found out that the steaks were not cooked as we asked, most of us wanted medium well others well. They were cooked well done. Some over cooked. After an hour of waiting, we did our best to eat it. Finally, when we got the bills to pay which we had to flag down the waitress to get them. She commented to us that she was sick in the back. Which really shocked us to hear her admit something like that to customers. We're not sure how but before we paid the manager came to our table to ask about our meal, which we addressed all our issues. She tried to make it right with meals to go or some compensation. She finally reduced all our bills. So far, none of us got sick. But its concerning. I'm not sure if it was completely our waitress or the cooks preparing the meal. But that's the story. I'll go to other Texas roadhouse places. But not to the one in Findlay if we ever go back to the area.
The hostess was super sweet and had us seated pretty quickly (we had done call ahead seating). Remember the 4/8/4 technique ? Had Carrie as a server and she was flippin awesome! Crazy busy but she handled it like a champ! Had a great attitude the whole time. Food was excellent. They always do a good job in Findlay! It had been a minute since we had been eating out so it was nice to come here and have a good experience! Great job Findlay store. Thanks for amazing service Carrie!!!!
Arrived at 6pm. Told there was a 1 hour and 45 minute wait. At 8pm I went to ask how soon our table would be ready and was told 10 minutes but it was actually another 20. Our server was good and constantly apologizing but we didn't receive our food until 9:45 and it was all cooked wrong. Steaks were all over cooked and not very hot. I wouldn't recommend ever going if they are very busy. The 2 stars are for the servers effort.
The service was poor, portion sizes small, and one order was suppose to have mushrooms on it and never received them. When asked about it, the couple times the waitress did come back, we were told they had to cook some more and would be 10 minutes. She never did bring them.I ordered unsweetened ice tea and she kept bringing sweet ice tea accept for the second time out of the three times she did come back to check on us. The third time was when she brought the bill and there wasn't any discount for not bringing the mushrooms. We won't be back to that Texas Roadhouse. The manager just stated she was sorry about the mushrooms and nothing further came about it.
