Food was disgusting. The beans were so old they were hard as a rock and 90% of what I ordered had beans in it. The hard tacos were soggy and tasted stale at the same time. I don't live far away and all the food was cold. Ordered extra cheese on my burrito supreme and didn't even taste any. Just absolutely gross. Will never go there again.

Slowest workers at taco bell who just don’t want to work bad quality of service truck drivers don’t waste your time here

I like Pilot, but this Taco Bell needs more workers! I stood for 10 minutes waiting while the one employee was prepping tacos ?. Finally, I just left because she was obviously too busy to take any orders.

I and another eat some soft tacos and ended up with food poisoning. Will never eat there again.

The level of service at this location keeps going down from when they are open to the quality of people they hire I was just verbally assaulted by a 60+ year old woman for not reading a sign that said they were out of things to make a crunch wrap and when u asked what they didn't have to make it her inky response was the things that it takes to make it, if they were out of the tostada shells I would of been fine with still ordering but instead she was very rude and unprofesional about the entire expierence I'd reccomend going ten minutes in either direction to a different taco bell

Worst Taco Bell I have ever seen ordered three burritos that got two of them wrong and then they copped an attitude and we're very rude and I waited 45 minutes to get them replaced I've never seen restaurant employees as rude as they were

They were a bit short handed at this place, but they still did a very good job at taking your order and getting the food out to you quickly and efficiently.

Truck Stop Taco Bell. I was impressed. Very clean. Food was very fresh. I think this was the first Taco Bell taco I've had in years where the shell wasn't stale. Super friendly staff that really seemed to be having a good time. Fast service too.

The sign in the window says "thank you truck drivers for keeping the country moving"..Sure.. but no thanks to restaurants like this Taco Bell who refuse to keep us fed so that we can do our jobs..We cant stop wherever we want.. we get to stop once, maybe twice per day..I came in at midnight and the lights are off..Even the NON-24hr taco bells are open till 2am.. there is no excuse for such poor management that they have to close their doors and turn down money during normal business hours...I bet your franchisee loves to lose money from hundreds of potential customers because the staff prefers to make it easy on themselves by closing the doors in the face of paying customers..I wish i could say i will not give this store my money in the future.. but we dont have many options.. we eat where we are or we dont eat... more often than not its dont eat at all.. especially when the few places we get to each day prefer to close the doors and turn down our money.
