Great food and even better service! Our waitress Kayla was amazing! She handled everything with accuracy and always had a smile. Highly recommended!
Very good experience. Was with a large group of adults and teenagers. Wait time was fairly short even with large group. Wait staff was very friendly and efficient. Food was excellent. Highly recommend trying it out.
Delicious breakfast, good coffee and super friendly staff! The girls go out of their way to make you feel welcome and take care of you. Will definitely be back!
Terrible service every single time and that's with any given server. I'd give them zero stars if it were available. Also, most times the food isn't always up to standard. Their hollandaise sauce is almost always overcooked and separated. Always out of something. They always forget silverware. When you buy a pot of coffee it's $2.99, no biggie, but if you ask for an extra cup for your companion they charge an extra $2.99 for that cup! Mind you, the pot of coffee is +/- 28oz. Down the block at the coffee shop a large 20oz cup of drip coffee is $1.75 w/free refills! Will never step foot in this place again. My son and I ordered food and he wanted the sausage gravy and biscuits, of course they were out of biscuits. So he orders just the sausage and gravy. Another server brings out our food, one plate, his sausage and gravy is on my plate. I say to her, "is this the sausage and gravy?" She says, "yes." I tell her it's my sons. She then says, "they told me to just bring it like that." Oh and of course, no silverware! After asking two servers for silverware with no quick results, I grabbed wrapped silverware from a table behind me that had not been cleaned off, gross! I would not recommend this place, ever! No bueno. You'll get better service at Bob Evans or Denny's, probably even Waffle House!**update** One more thing, the worse part about this last visit, my complaint was brought to managements attention. I didn't ask for anything to be removed from my bill or for any free meal when I return. All I asked was that they address their issues with their staff. The owner decided that their best solution for me was to never return and that I am not welcome there anymore because a couple other times before when I've visited, their staff have given me bad service. Problem fixed, for me at least.
Best breakfast in Findlay. The west gate is by far my favorite item on the menu. We normally order to go Food on the weekend and skip the crowd. Portions are amazing and prices are great.

This was my first time there and I will definitely be back. The service there was excellent a little slow at first but she made up for it. I ordered the crab cake Benny OMG it was so good excellent real crab meat I will definitely go back.

What a great breakfast place! All the charm and coziness of an AMAZING Mom and Pop place, with the food being on par, and even surpassing a Bob Evans or Cracker Barrel. All they are missing is a gift shop?Would recommend the biscuits and gravy dish with scrambled eggs and hash browns...super delicious!
