Food is okay- but not great. We have eaten there before and we have always paid at the front. However, today the server demanded to take our cards at the table. We said okay- and she brought back our bills. When we were signing our recipes she hovered and we split the tips among ourselves. When we went to hand them back to her she pointed towards the tip and kept saying “more.” I said “no thank you” several times, and she blocked our way out. Eventually she let us go. I will be checking my bank account to make sure she doesn't put her own tip in.
Ok food, hibachi section looks old or neglected 75% of the time. Desserts are poorly made it most likely store bought. Not a lot of care goes into the preparation of most of the food. Customer service is lacking care or just friendly interaction. Koi pond is neglected and mostly change and fortune paper. It needs to be cleaned as well.
WATCH YOUR BILLMy group of two friends went there on our trip and food was decent, service could have been better but our bill was originally 45$ together and when she brought our bill back it was 56$!! We noticed and they gave us back our original bill.
We eat here at least twice monthly and have for years and years. It's a 45 min. drive but worth it. When we're not eating here, we're trying other Chinese or Japanese places around northern Ohio. This one's the best!
Seafood and fish were not separate from other foods. As someone who has multiple allergies, I couldn't eat anything. When I asked to not be charged for food, they spoke to each other (not in English) and ended up charging me for the food I didn't eat anyway. I am not pleased and will not be recommending them to anyone.
The broccoli and chicken was okay, general tso's chicken, and chicken teriyaki were so hard you couldn't hardly chew them. I'm thinking they must have been reheated from last night's supper. The cabbage rolls were really soggy.
Awful food and service! All meet was dry, food barely lukewarm, no server. Never have I been to a Chinese Restaurant where the food wasn't good. When checked out the lady who was the owner harassed us about leaving a tip. I politely said no and my brother said the same. She said aggressively WHY? I said for what, she said for your server. I advised her we did not have a server. She was aggressive and still tried to get is to tip, and mumbled rude comments. I did not get a drink at all. My brother got a water and utensils were at the table. No server what so ever! Saw one lady server for the whole place. Would never recommend even to my worst enemy!! Would give zero stars if I could!
Food was mediocre at best. But the fact that they stole a dollar from me. My total was 31$ last night, but I got charged $32.30. It's not about the money. Show people honesty and integrity! Will not be back again!
Decent food and ok selection. I've honestly had better before.
My favorite restaurant to take my husband. Always has yummy yummy food! I'd recommend to anyone.
