Always good food and the service was extremely fast and friendly
We went early at about 4:00 p.m. to avoid the rush on a Saturday. We were seated right away at a nice Booth with a window. Ashley, our waitress, introduced herself and took our drink order. We ordered what we wanted after a few minutes as the drinks arrived. The food was good, hot, and our waitress was excellent. Typical food for a good chain restaurant like Red lobster.
The waiter we got was amazing, things where a bit hectic and there was a broken skewer in my sister's Alfredo shrimp but the manager was very nice and apologized about it, the food tasted great will definitely come here again! I personally loved the Grilled Garlic Shrimp skewers ?
I visited today at noon and had an awesome lunch! I was on a zoom call with my son in Texas at the Red Lobster in his town so we could spend Valentines Day and his Anniversary ( 29 years Cancer free together). The Manager and her Staff were great. I just wanted you to know that I appreciate all that you and your employees do to keep our Findlay Red Lobster running with so much care and serving delicious food. Thank you from an eternally grateful Mom.
This place is great. Can't say enough good things. The food is remarkable, atmosphere is inviting & the service is the best. So helpful with your ordering questions. Drinks are awesome. They train their staff well, because they go above & beyond to make sure your dining needs are met.
First the hostess tried to seat us at a dirty table. And they had just opened at 11:00 and it was not even 11:05. Then she argued with me that it wasn’t dirty and told me I could sit somewhere else. They didn’t bother to clean it and then sat another couple there. After taking our order our waitress disappeared for awhile. She never offered us a second helping of biscuits and didn’t offer me a second cup of coffee until after I told her we were ready to go and asked for takeout boxes. And they dropped my wife’s favorite dinner from the menu. Taken all together, we just have no reason to go back. They’re too expensive to justify giving them a second chance.
The food was amazing and the service was fantastic.
Very clean, warm welcoming upon walking in. Was seated almost immediately even with a family of 6. Food was very hot and cooked to perfection. Only downside was I felt like they didn't care about the biscuits very well. They were stale, hard spots and a little warm. Now I've had biscuits that were perfect here, hot and fluffy. Rich in taste. Must have been a bad night. The waitress was amazing. Patient and very energetic.
The young hostess had a very bad attitude and terrible customer service. She acted as if we were putting her out when we asked for a table. She was very rude.Our server was amazing and friendly and attentive, the food was good as always. Only wish the host was friendlier specifically after spending 253$ I really hope the server doesn't tip out the hostess because she didn't deserve any tip.
We went there for my husband's birthday on the 16th. The staff was wonderful, food was amazing, and the manager was fabulous. We had a perfect experience there. We have been to a lot of other red lobsters. We actually live closer to the Marion one but we will be giving Findlays red lobster our business from now on. A special shout out to the manager Linda thank you so much for making sure everything was perfect he loved it!!!
