Today I ordered in app for carry out, in app it shows it’s ready. When I went to pick my order and waited curbside pick up. You know what shop was not even open. Door locked no one is there. No one turned off the app orders. Now my money had gone not sure when they refund my money back.
This has happened at every Pizza Hut I’ve ordered from but the bucyrus, Ohio location. Not only is the app malfunctioning constantly, but you can’t ever get ahold of someone and delivery takes hours at this specific location and others. I’ve had to take a delivery charge and go and pick it up myself after 2 hours every single time i order from here. In restaurant, I’ve never ate at any locations. But the delivery everywhere and ability to reach the restaurant is impossible everywhere besides the bucyrus, Ohio location.
We ordered 4 large pizzas yesterday for work and when I went to pick them up the lady stated they didn’t have large pans so they gave us 8 medium pizzas to cover it. They were extremely nice and the best service I have had in awhile. Thank you for going above and beyond and working!!! The nurses were extremely greatful and the pizza was exceptional!!!!
Somebody forgot to turn their online ordering off until a certain time because they didnt open at their normal hours. GM supposedly saw the orders at 3pm. The orders were cancelled, but nobody was notified despite the fact that GM had an hour before the store opened. Absolutely trash Pizza Hut. 0 chance of ordering from them again.

Staff was good to us, however the restaurant was dirty. Blood in bathroom sink and 90% of the tables had food and crumbs on them.

Absolutely horrible service. No organization. My first time ordering from this location. What I didn’t know is a third party takes the orders by phone. I was there on time to pick up my order and leave. I ordered one item. The lady took my money and I never saw her again. i waited another 10 minutes and asked how long and he said at least another 15 min. usually in this day of covid i’ve tried to be patient but truly no organization or communication in this place. I will go back to my trusted Dominoes for window pick up!!!
Pizza hut is my favorite pizza. It tastes amazing and I always find a good deal. All the delivery drivers are always very nice!
Third party call center to take my order with an accent that is hard to understand. Also on a Friday night they ran out of all product (except the 10 cauliflower crust) with about an hour and a half left to be open. On a Friday night which is notorious for high volumes of orders they are under prepared! You'd think if they could not fully staff two restaurants they could consolidate into one but so they could be open later on Fridays and Saturdays. Guess somewhere else gets my business....
