We waited over an hour for our waiter to come and tell us that they were out of lasagna but they just found some so it will be while yet. Never came back to offer more soup or salad or drinks. We watched several tables come in after us even had appetizers and we're gone before we got our meals. The waiter said that the manager wanted to discount our meals since we had to wait so long and he or she did take off $8 plus some change. But it would have been nice if the manager came out and apologized to us. Our waiter was a nice young man but he was MIA.
To start with, it took forever to get a beverage while we were waiting to be seated. Got our salad and 3 of us found human hair in it. Gross!!!! Server was nice but took way too long to get to go boxes for the food that didn’t have hair in it. Don’t think I’ll go back
It was just not a good experience for me and two of my friends tonight. Or waitress constantly forgot about us, forgot we had asked for more breadsticks, boxes, never asked if we wanted more to drink. Initially she took our order then came back and asked if we were ready to order. We know things happen and thought maybe she's new? We waited over an hour for our food, our second round of breadsticks were hard and cold. When our food finally came it was awful. The chicken was so rubbery we couldn't eat it. Waited FOREVER for our bill. Sadly this ruined it for me and my friends and we probably won't return.
The food was fairly good but the service was lacking. I'm sure the restaurant was short staffed so we didn't mind and enjoyed our meal
We arrived rather late, 8 pm, and had the place pretty much to ourselves. Our server was wonderful and our food was delicious.
Food was great. Server forgot a couple things and had to wait for drinks for a while or it would of been 5 stars.
Stopped in town for a quick lunch with my mother and brother and had the worst experience ever here . We waited well over a hour for a simole bowl of soup. Then the waitress wanted to come and try to argue with us about are wait on are soup . Her excuse was i have more rhan just your table...worst ever never go there .
Very fast service. Very clean. Staff was very polite! Stuffed cheese shell was awesome!
Lately Olive Garden is back to being good now. Food look great and was still nice temperature by the time we got home, 15miles away, we were happy. Only thing that was disappointing there was a hair in my salad (blonde) and one of the meals was wrong. But all in all the rest of the food was good. I would suggest though not to put mints by hot food because some of them were melted and also we had little containers each with a mint and a little parm packet, we wouldn't care if it was just thrown in a bag away from food just to keep cost down on all these containers used unless its a COVID thing. The only bad thing tasted, next time I wouldn't get the meatballs they are frozen looking meatballs and doesn't look like real meat so like processed, they looked scary especially with no sauce
Very personable waitress who went over and above. Great food. We were placed by the windows and it was cold but otherwise great meal at a reasonable price. Would go back again.
