Father's day lunch disaster. We stopped here for lunch at 2pm. 12 people inside. After 40 minutes still no food. Finally flag down our waitress, she said they made 1 item wrong. 10 minutes later our food came out cold. Then 1 item still was wrong and had beans which we ordered no beans. The manager came over, offering to listen to our issues but she made excuses. I consider myself en expert in the restaurant business and this was one of the worst meals and service I've had. Do not stop here. The food was not good. The service is not good.
Had a great time here, family has been going for years and I recommended it to a couple friends. Who promptly agreed to go with me at some point. Food is good and consistent. Drinks were reasonably priced- I recommend the classics like their Margaritas. They also have a decent selection of beers on tap. Our server, Trevor S was fun to talk to and professional. Even helping some in our party make good selections as they hadn’t been there before. A solid choice for a night out during the week.
It is an acquired taste they got great food a lot of people had issues with their takeout but that’s not their fault you have to experience the restaurant itself by going in and sitting down they have a great outside deck it is a good restaurant this is by far better than the whole walls that Findlay normally has this is a staple and need to try
We had the worst food and service tonight at Oler’s Bar and Grill. Our food took 45 minutes at a time when the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. My burrito was half the size it usually is and had about 3 pieces of chicken in it and wasn’t even warm. My husband’s tenderloin was pink in the middle (not cooked). My son’s chimichanga was burnt and couldn’t be cut. My other son had the brisket, which was dry and had no flavor. Our waitress never brought us more chips and salsa after we asked and she was nowhere to be found when we were ready for our check. This used to be one of our favorite places to eat, but we won’t be going back.
As usual, the food and service were fantastic!
Good food and great service
food was absolutely incredible. The new waitress was very nice and did a great job! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I give this place a middle of the road 3. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. I ordered enchiladas because the majority of the menu was Mexican food. When they arrived 30 minutes later, they didn't even have enchilada sauce, which was weird. The waitress said it doesn't come with it and you have to ask for it. When she did bring out the enchilada sauce, it was more if a salsa than an enchilada sauce, and didnt taste right with it.The staff was very good though. All of them super friendly and on top of refills. This place has quite a good reputation in Findlay, but I cant see it being based off the food. It has to be because of the friendly staff.Again, the food was not bad, but there are better alternatives for good Mexican food.Try it for yourself tho, and derive your own opinion. This place may be just not for me and you might love it.
I am giving it 1 star because this is the 3rd time we've had a bad experience. I haven't ever posted a review until this time because I won't be returning. We went in around 3:15pm because we knew we would be able to get a to-go order without a long wait. Well, we didn't have a very long wait-- which was great. But the bartender didn't write down our order, so our food was messed up. There will things on the Tacos that I asked to keep off, we asked for sour cream and did not get it, the refried beans in the cup were similar to semi-dry concrete, the temperature of the beef on the Tacos was as if it was never heated up, and my chicken taco had hamburger meat on it. I know Tacos aren't supposed to be super hot, but these Tacos tasted as if they came out of a refrigerator. I think the only good thing that came from our order was the rice. I am done trying to go here. ? Sad, because it used to be one of our favorites where we celebrated birthdays with our whole family.
The service was outstanding. The food was okay but is was cold. Can't really blame them we had 12 in our party.
