If I could leave 1/2 a star that would still be giving this place credit. Dirty dirty dirty place and very rude employees... I witnessed a worker drop a plate on the ground and pick it up and place it on the counter and continue using it... no employees wearing gloves. Food not hot after being put in the oven for the 30 seconds they put it back in for the reheat. So disappointing because it used to be ☆☆☆☆ back in the day. Hopefully the owners take action and clean this place up. I would start with a new staff ?
Babysitting 3 kids while working. Kids are bored and crying. Then put up two signs that said cook/manager were out for 30 minutes. The signs were out for over an hour. The language rude, vulgar and disgusting...the customer service is terrible.

The girl at the register today was SO EXTREMELY sweet and kind. I loved it!And Steve has definitely improved the place ! He is holding that place up and making nice fresh foods! It was nice going in and seeing good people with good fresh food. Definitely recommend! And y’all! The ranch!!!!
Love eating here but today my husband and I ate here. Showed up at 11:13 and half the food wasn’t made yet and my husband wanted a calzone ( which still wasn’t made until way after noon). The female manager had and attitude, and her kids was at work with her ( it’s called daycare or grandparents) the floor had food piece on it like they didn’t sweep and the tables was gross. My advice to have better service is start making food at 10 when the mall opens and you just might have stuff ready before noon.

Horrible experience as a door dasher im getting in contact with with headquarters today. The manager has a horrible attitude, and kept blaming me and "all other doordashers" yelling at me saying that i was 11 minutes early..... Not late early..... And i forgot my bag in my car, that was just more firepower for him to consistently yell at me. He brought tears to my eyes as there was nothing i could do on my end to help the situation and he kept blamming me for being early. WHEN MY APP SAYS I WAS LATE!!! On fathers day to make it better. I stood infront of everyone crying and he did nothing to stop the yelling... a expecting father (me) on my first fathers day trying to make money for my kid to come in this world with. My dignity was shoved to the ground. And he kept yelling at me with customers there and everything. Did not care about the scene he was making at all. No madder if he had a bad day or not i was a customer and he needs to have reprecutions!!
All we ordered were two drinks which literally takes seconds to make. She says we'll get them to you when we can. 10 mins go by still no drinks. The guy behind the counter says "Are you ready to order?" We reply "We already did, we're just waiting on our drinks." He gives us a smirk then turns away. Another 5 mins go by my husband gets angry and walks away. my daughter and I continue to stand their waiting for another 5 mins. The girl behind the counter just stood there staring at us, not doing anything. Finally I said just forget it and walked off. Will NEVER give them business again.

My wife and I were in Findlay today, and decided to try this pizza place for the first time.Great service, fair prices, and probably the best pizza I've ever had from the Findlay area.
