I literally would give them no stars if I could. Sat in line for over a half hour 10 minutes at the speaker to be told they are now closed and can no longer take my order. Drive past the window and they have food you can see still in the warmer and their lights are still on 5 minutes after pulling away from the store. Will not be back! Terrible customer service if you ask me!
Great experience. Had a very large order was asked to pull over. I expected that with the size of my order. Waited less than 10 minutes. Staff was very pleasant everything was correct.
I went to the location on Trenton Avenue this evening I have been trying to call them for the past 45 minutes but their phone keeps ringing busy. I live 12 minutes outside of town when I got home and took out the chicken to feed my children the chicken was dark and so greasy the bottom of the container was saturated and the chicken was rubbery. I have never been so disappointed period it's my son's favorite place but we definitely won't be going back to that location that's for sure.
Had a bad experience here at the restaurant. Contacted corporate in order to get a refund. Emailed several times. Sent pics too. They responded once asking for information then ghosted me after I sent it.
Ordered food two weeks ago.Went home to find it all old. Completely inedible. Contacted the customer care. Still waiting on a refund 2 weeks later.Won't see my money ever again.
Manager was rude. And said to a customer without a car no you cant walk up to the. drive-thru then told a truck driver thsy. Ou l z
I went to the Kentucky fried chicken on Trenton Avenue bought a 12 piece family meal! Please save your time and money the chicken was old! I called and manager said only thing she can do is for me to drive there and bring back the chicken and she will replace it! I worked as a manager for KFC and I would never serve this slop to a customer especially at 5 pm when it’s dinner time! It should be fresh! As I said save your money I will never go back! I will be following up with corporate!!!! To top it off the manager didn’t even apologize!!!
Great food as usual. Service is slow but low on workers. Please be patient.
Trenton Avenue Findlay, Ohio 45840 store location.......Missing items, so I called the store to ask what could be done about it.....the guy from KFC told me to bring back entire order and the missing items would be replaced.....i live 15 minutes away I explained, I asked are you going to replace entire meal?.....GUY AT KFC said no, just the missing items that's our policy.....So I guess eat some food HOT and eat some COLD, that's a pretty good policyI know alot of people not stopping at this location!!!
