Not super happy. Ordered at 4.45pm. Told it would be an hour. 5.45pm rolls around with no pizza. We called at 6.00pm and was told it was on its way. (We live 5 minutes from this place). 6.45pm we call again and was told it’s almost out the door. At that point I cancel and the person answering hung up like she was put out by me. Very annoyed. Terrible service. I also hate being lied to. ETA: Delivery guy arrived at 7.10pm. No one communicated the cancellation to him. Oof.

I do recommend because the food was absolutely delicious, however the customer service was lacking. Person taking my order was rude and unprofessional because I (a first time customer) was not aware their google menu had not been updated in over 10 years and didn’t know what I was ordering due to this. Word of advice- order from the menu on their Facebook page. The menu that Google pulls up is extremely outdated. Pizza and subs were some of the best we’ve had in Findlay, so we will give it another shot in the future.
great service and excellent food
The pizza and salad were delicious! We really enjoyed our meal.
Food is great, but they need to improve ordering infrastructure. It’s 2022 what restaurant doesn’t have a website setup with online ordering?
I ordered two pizzas last night at about 5:15, was given a wait time of 45 minutes. When I arrived I was told it would be another 15 minutes. I had my two young children with me and we proceeded to wait an additional 40 minutes alongside 6+ other people. My children were doing their best to practice patience and I was sweating trying to keep them contained and not distract the entire restaurant. The 5 people working were flooded with orders and I overheard one of them say they had a driver quit that day. These workers were doing their best fielding calls, deliveries, and orders. They were visibly overworked but remained so professional and pleasant. Some callers waiting on deliveries and others waiting for pickup orders were not as patient or understanding. I just wanted to commend the workers for how fast they were working as endless tickets were coming in. I saw it first-hand. You all deserved some grace last night. Our pizza was amazing, as always!
Joey Fratello’s is probably the best tasting pizza in town but I will no longer be ordering from them. They quoted me 60 minutes for a pizza delivery. Ok, no problem - I ordered early knowing they get busy and take a while. However, 75 minutes goes by so I call and talk to the rudest person on the phone who tells me my pizza hasn’t left yet. It’s also in a long line of pizza deliveries so it will be at least 30 minutes before my pizza arrives. So… 1 hour and 45 minutes for a pizza delivery…. No thanks. I ask for a refund and am handed off to someone else who tells me it will be 3-5 days for the refund and hangs up on me. Undetermined if I will actually get the refund without having the chase it down, but just horrible customer service. What a disappointment - trying to support local and I get a bunch of rude people acting like I’m inconveniencing them by wanting to spend money at their shop. Never again.
Amazing service and food. Never fails to meet or exceed my expectations. Love you guys
