This was my first time eating at Culver’s, and my impression was “mediocre fast food”. I ordered the sourdough melt and my husband ordered the double butter burger. Both combos. As you can see in the picture, I basically got a half burger-half grilled cheese sandwich. My husband was brought a single burger, so he went back up to the counter and was given a patty to put on his current burger. Lol. Ridiculous. The fries were good. The place was clean. I didn’t have the desire to try the desserts after the experience, and may never bother.
We've tried the burgers on two different occasions and they were burnt to the point we couldn't eat them. I tried to ask them to be remade and was given very rude service and they refused to remake. On a positive note the cheese curds and pretzels with cheese are good, but if your looking for friendly/good service or a good burger I wouldn't recommend Culver's for that.
First and last visit out of state 3 different orders, drive thru. 2 great Fish made to order but that Burger cheeseburger combo. Cheeseburger was DRY like old and it was lunch time. If we hadn't got back on the road, I would've went inside and gave it back to them. My 95 year old mother had to wait until we could stop again to get her something to eat.????
Our first visit to Culver's. Was very disappointed with the fish sandwich, fish was over cooked and crunchy, lettuce was brown and wilted with a pinch of shredded cheese and a dab of tartar sauce. At first glance I thought it looked like coleslaw. This will be our last visit.
Took them 20 minutes to bring me my order of a concrete mixer to my car, not during a rush period. Got my order wrong. Waited another 10 minutes, and it had almost none of my mix in. While it seemed like the drive thru window operators were goofing around. The deliverer seemed very nice and apologetic.
Every Culver's restaurant is the same, great food but their menu is so massive it takes time for the employees to get everything together. All the food is pretty awesome though! Definitely try it out if you've never been!
Good food, good prices, great service,and friendly staff. We have found that the Culver's chain is the best value for our dollar. This one did not disappoint. The variety of food offered is perfect for differing tastes. Everyone in the family has a favorite.
I don’t know what they changed with the food but it is completely devoid of any flavor. Especially the cheese curds. My burger was tough and dry. Used to be my favorite fast food place but I don’t think I’ll be going back ever.
Terrible management. Asked for a simple refund for a $16 *meal*, but the Manager Sharise made us wait 20 minutes and then sent us a sandwich as replacement. So we asked for the Owner Danielle, who had a horrible, rude attitude. Took 40 minutes for a simple refund, no apologies, nothing. Called the corporate office and filed a complaint. It's no surprise that they have a huge employee turnover rate! Every week there are *new* team members on their sign. Obviously they treat their employees as poorly as they do their customers. Pick a better restaurant!
I prefer a salad over a sandwich so I ordered a cranberry bacon bleu salad with grilled chicken. It was delicious with the honey mustard dressing. My first choice was the raspberry vinegarette, but they were out of that.
