The staff was friendly, welcoming. The restaurant was clean. Staff for getting customers through the line quickly which is always welcome. The kitchen appeared to be clean and in order. There wasn't any bickering or speaking harshly to each other which is a major problem for me. There are some Chipotle locations that I won't return to however few they are, but I would be happy to return to this restaurant.
Hit and miss, I think it's due to the employee turnover. Sometimes seasoning is great, other times almost none. Rice sometimes undercooked. Also seems like they are really pushing smaller portions with the higher food costs.
This is pathetic. I ordered Double Chicken (additional $2), Extra Cheese, and Extra Sour Cream (among other things) and this is how “full” the bowl was. I also did not get my chips, but thank goodness I got cold Queso.
Really good place. Really clean place. Fast of making my food. Very kind crew. But didn't give me. I'm getting it a 1 star because the portion was very small.
It’s a chipotle so I do like the food. This is a new location, which I’m not a huge fan of the layout. When the line gets long there are people hovering above you when you eat, at least for some of the tables. Also the past couple times I’ve been in there I’ve had to wipe tables down with a napkin to sit and eat. Would like to see more room or better layout but overall the food is good as like most chipotle locations.

Solid food and service. Everything was as expected. The updated decor of this location looks good
The food was delicious. While it was late, the staff noticed the salad ingredients were wilted so they took out fresh greens from the fridge for my salad. The guacamole portion was generous. The carnitas were flavorful.
Disappointed. No Fajita veggies. All tables were dirty. Asked for double meat on 2, didn't get much extra. Tea was empty. We love Chipotle!Should have just gone to other 1. Was going to, but was on West side of town. Eat at East side often, always good! Food did taste good tho. Hope they will get things together soon.
I wanted so badly to like this location as it is close to my home and my work. However, they are extremely slow, their portion sizes are about half of the Tiffin Ave location, and if you use the app, they're always out of either chips or tortillas for burritos. Guess I'll keep going all the way across town.
