Got there at 9:15p and they close at 10p. Waitress was pleasant and our order was freshly made. We had country fried steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. It was simply amazing!! The steak was huge and thick. The beans had real bacon. Potatoes was real. We was out of there by 9:45p with leftovers. I will definitely be going back again and again.
WOW! And maybe you think I don't get out much, but the service from Callie R. was impeccable, and the 8 oz., medium-rare, Top Sirloin steak was one of the best steaks I have ever had! Seriously! It was complimented with my choice of 2 sides. I chose steamed broccoli and sweet baby carrots. I savored every bite of this meal! Also, even though the honey-butter croissant put me over my calorie count, it was worth it! I am a Cheddar fan!!! ❤️
The waitress was very nice. But the first thing I order they was out of. Ok, so I picked something else but then they do not have French dressing so I could not have. So I picked a third choice which was the country fried steak with potatoes and green beans. They green beans was nasty, the potatoes have the peels in them which turns my stomach and the steak was all breading. The appetizer was very good. I was at the restaurant once before and my food was good.
We sat at the bar for drinks while we ordered food to go. We paid for everything and left a generous tip. Was disappointed to drive 20 minutes home and discover they forget to put my bowl of baked potato soup in our bag. The very best part of the meal was forgotten! How could they do this?! Never again will I get food to go from Cheddar's. You can't trust them!
Our server today was Tony and he was so helpful and sweet, place was nearly empty probably due to the super bowl. Food was fresh and good, drinks were amazing. Super chill pre valentines dinner ?
We bought a buffalo chicken wrap it was very good. My friend had the potato soup but she did not think it was good. The waiter took it off her bill because she did not eat it. He was courteous and kind. I would go again.
We decided to go to a fancy restaurant we've been to before and made Cheddars our choice. My wife had steak & ribs (she always brings some home) whereas I had ribs and grilled shrimp. 1/2 rack of the best ribs I ever had but before that it was spinach dip and chips. Just eating those almost filled us up. My only complaint was that my fries were barely luke warm. That's the only reason I gave this a VG rating. Rest of the meal was fantastic. Our server was phenomenal. Very pleasant, courteous. attentive and we always got plenty of thank you's and when we thanked her she always responded with " you're welcome" rather than a lot of servers saying "no problem" which I consider rather rude. All in all a great meal and great service.
My server was pregnant but she ran back to the bartender to fix our drink order when she didn't have too. It was our fault we didnt know what we wanted. She was such a sweet server. I forget her name but I definitely appreciated her hard work!
We love Cheddar's. We go to the Findlay one often. Usually very happy. They do their best when short staffed. A couple weeks ago they were swamped! We had a rather large party, and we were there for well over three hours. But they did as best they could. This time was no different as far as doing a great job. Our server was very good. Food came pretty fast. Hardly busy because we went early. BUT. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo. It was wonderful.... Except for the fact that I had to pull the tails off of all the shrimp. Why would you put that in a dish covered in Alfredo for the customer to have to pull off before eating? I usually don't play with my food... Especially in public. I just thought that was poor on the chefs part. Tasted great.... After I worked for it!
I was blown away with the awesome customer service experience. I dined at this location a few times during my stay in Findlay Ohio. I enjoyed the pasta and also salmon. I left my leftovers at the bar and went to my room and when I called back my food had been thrown away. I spoke with Josh and he offered to remake it 20 minutes before closing, which I advised he did not have to do. He also offered 25% off my next meal, Which I took advantage of this evening. To my surprise the manager tonight Joe comped my whole meal. Anytime I travel to Findlay Ohio for business I will definitely dine at cheddar’s.
