I just went there for breakfast and the hash browns were one big clumped mess...it amazes me that you people saw this and still served it. what kind of people does that make you, seriously. also no receipt to see who it was. I eat lunch there every single day for work, so I think I am a loyal customer.
Trenton ave is the worst ever. Don’t ever get breakfast there. I understand the staffing issue but at 7am when they are to be opened for breakfast I went there waited till 7:05am to a woman talking over the speaker saying.. what you want. I went to order she stopped me saying I don’t have people here to work you got to go now. I asked her when will she be opened and staffed? She said do you know when I get workers cause I don’t get so yeah please leave. Goodbye. I went to tiffin ave they treated me better by far 100 percent
5 dollar deal is great... When you get everything. First time didn't get nuggets. Second time charged 15 cents for BBQ and didn't get it.
Love this place always clean and the people work really hard to make sure my order was done in a timely fashion even they don't have that many people working . Great job Burger King
This store is much better then the Trenton Ave one .. my complaint is with this one some of the employees complain about doing more then others loudly to the other employees and the customers can hear it. One employee made a child cry one time , and also yelled at my daughter who is an employee there ( she was having an acute asthma attack at the time) to do tasks that weren't even given to my daughter from the team lead or upper leader. Depending on the employees,the orders can be wrong and made wrong.. but if it's the right people the orders are correct and not made sloppy as in thrown together. So I'll give it three star for now until they get better employees!
This place is the best food here ever!!!, the drive thru is getting better and faster, employees are working hard, there’s this one person that is an employee that he works and gets things done fast! I’m impressed about this place. I should always come back here with the best fast food place ever! I love Burger King so much!!! Thank you all who ever read this!
I don't get how the drive thru is only open. And it still took fifteen mins and the sandwich was on stale bread and cold
Got 3 breakfast sandwiches 2 sandwiches was cold 1 sandwich was warm tryed calling them to complain when they answered got a very loud screeching sound in my ear like a fax machine
Fries were meh today; bread a bit hard; one item (jalapeno bites) over cooked, almost burnt
