I would love to say thanks for this location saving me money. They keep confirming they are open at 7am but when i drop off my kids at school which opens at 7am and get here by 705 or 710 they are always still closed. Apparantly corporate never tries to order at 7am or they would not be able to confirm hours. Anyway when they say they are closed if i want to go anywhere else i have to turn left on a five lane road so i just go home and save money. If you say open at 7am then that means customers can order food at 7am. Change your hours to reflect actuall hours open and i will not try when you are not open.
Terrible customer service, the employees are very rude (especially the older lady that bags the food) and the management is not any better. The General manager Becky is running that place into the ground. Get it together, you will never be able to keep good employees if you treat people so badly. I heard several customers say yesterday that they will not be back and I do not blame them. I myself will not be back.
2 cars in front of me in the drive through, placed my order and 18 minutes later I am finally pulling out of their drive. Inexcusable wait for fast food!
First of all I waited in line for an hour! When I ordered I was told there were only 3 people working that day which is why the 2 stars instead of 0 (zero)! Then I had ordered a double whopper jr. No onion but add cheese! I got extra onion in the cheese and only 1 patty! Really?? I was already having a bad day! This was icing on the cake’
I honestly give this place no stars! They don’t even deserve 1 at all, they are bad quality. They serve old food, burnt bread!! I asked for nuggets off the fryer because it seems they’re never fresh anymore and they were cold. The chicken jr were disgusting chicken was hard and rubbery you can tell it’s been sitting for awhile, they fries are always cold and old or salty! Smhhhh where is the care anymore in these fast food places!!
Each time I go to this location it seems really dirty including bathrooms and the order are constantly incorrect. The lack of training and discipline shows with this location ,as it reminds me of being in the bad part of Toledo... Despite being in Findlay. Some of the employees are really rude, and have a short attention span OR seem to really abuse the selective hearing. If it were to change in a drastic way it would be a much better store.
I rarely go to burger king; went today 12-24-21 for a drink and milkshake. I did not know that the milkshake does not come in a size which was fine no problems there. So the guy that took my order told me to pull around to the window. So I go to the first window and I am waiting... There is no one there; here I was supposed to go to the second window. Some signage would of been helpful saying "window closed proceed to second window" I mentioned this to the girl worker who handed me my order but she did not seem to care.I'll go somewhere else in the future.
It’s always a hit and miss with this location. I have to say that whenever I come to Burger King for breakfast or lunch, the day shift staff is better with making sure the order is correct, we have enough napkins, and the food is fresh and hot. When we come through the drive through to pick up dinner, the question nowadays is not “Did the staff mess the order up?” but “How bad did the staff mess the order up?” The order taker most of the time gets the order correct, it’s usually the grill staff that messes the order up every time. Whenever my mom and I come home with our 2 large double whopper meals, the burgers either are singles instead, they put cheese on my mom’s burger (she doesn’t like cheese, but I get it on mine), they forget to put bacon on her burger or cheese on mine, which we paid the extra x amount of cents for the bacon and cheese, or the food ends up being lukewarm. Today we picked up dinner to eat before going to work tonight and as the usual, check and see how bad the food was messed up. They got my sandwich correct, but put cheese on my mom’s, so she scraped off the cheese and gave it to me. While eating, our food was lukewarm and Mom had to microwave her food. I bit into a fry and was grossed out to find out it was raw. I usually don’t complain a whole lot about food service, but the evening shift at the Trenton Ave. Burger King definitely needs some kinks to work out. I gave this a two star because day shift gives better service.
I worked here for 2 years as a Team Leader. I can't un-see some things, don't eat here and don't work here. It is a truly disgusting place and the management mistreats employees, I certainly hope it will get better. The wait time was often around 15 minutes. I would give it a 0 if possible.
This place is usually empty so a lot of McDonald’s people who say “This line is to long let’s go here cause their is no cars” so yeah you have this place it’s like the Walmart good value brand you know it taste ok but you know something missing
