We visited this restaurant for the first time with a group of eight diners. The Italian menu has lots of creative dishes. Among us we ordered two appetizers, two starter salads (which are quite large), and six different entrees. All were quite good. I had the Alforno, a new dish for me, and was quite pleased. Service was friendly and attentive.
I absolutely love the direction the management at The Bistro has taken this Findlay staple. While it has always had great food and service the atmosphere (decor) was in need of a facelift.The food is great, the drinks are great, decor is beautiful. Highly recommend!
Service was very good here. The BLT wedges salad was delicious and filling. All of the ingredients came together well, we’re fresh, and were of quality. The salmon was okay. Again, there were great quality ingredients, but I felt like the creamed corn and pickled onion overpowered the salmon and detracted from the sear. The presentation was great. Bistro does a great business even on a Tuesday night.
The minute you walk into the door you are welcomed by smiling faces. Service was excellent and the appetizers and entrees are as described. I ordered the calamari with the sauce on the side. They were crisp and the sauce is yummy with just a touch of heat. The meatball appetizer has three large well-seasoned meatballs surrounded by a thick San Mariano tomato sauce, creamy ricotta and grilled ciabatta bread. The salads are large and abound with great toppings. Veggies pasta options are also available.
I enjoy going to the Bistro. They have good quality food and it's cooked well. I tend to get their salads with salmon, the salmon isn't over cooked and the salad is fresh. I also like clean dressing and go for olive oil. Their olive oil is great!
Food was great, large portion sizes and our waitress was very nice. This is my boyfriends and I new favorite place in Findlay!
Cute boutique style restaurant. Lovely server, Lisa was her name. They were short staffed but we still felt attended to and really enjoyed our food.
We had a rehearsal dinner here and had a great time. I wish I would have remembered to take pictures of the food, presentation was great! Menu was limited due to COVID, but we had 6 different appetizers. They were all incredible. The deviled eggs with bacon jam were delicious! All of the others were great as well. Main course was great as well. I had the penne pollo Vento and loved it. It had peperincino peppers in it that really worked well. All of the other dishes looked great. I would definitely eat here again!

Everything was very good. The asparagus was mushy and very overcooked, but that was a very small issue. The steal was cooked perfectly rare. Everything was also very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back.
