Not impressed. We had the gyro pizza which was just ok. The pic looked 10 times better. There was not a lot of meat on it. Also had their specialty supreme deep dish which was supposed to have multiple types of meat. We actually thought they’d made a veggie pizza because we couldn’t see the meat. The manager came and said he actually made it for us and assured us there was meat on it. We couldn’t see it nor taste it. The crust was super soggy too. Not a place we’d recommend. Considering we were told this place was “awesome,“ we were super disappointed.
Had a pick up order a little off tonight, but the manager was super nice and fixed our order and was super nice about it. I try not to complain about food but it ended up a good experience and the food ended up great in the end!

Was traveling with a team of softball girls and the party I was with was told they would be able to accommodate our party without a reservation. We arrived to find out it was going to be 1hr 45 min to be seated, one of the parents talked to the people at the restaurant and they offered us a seat outside on patio to get us in quicker. This was good work on their part to get us seated,But took them almost 2 to 230 hrs to get us our food. The food was ok and not great was told it was a great restaurant but did not impress at all.
Stopped for a mid-afternoon break from long highway ride. You can see the restaurant from the highway. Plenty of parking around. Upon entry we were promptly greeted and seated. This is quite a large dining hall in a contemporary commercial building. The layout with tables and booths breaks of the big hall experience. The waitstaff was friendly, helpful and attentive. The extended bar food menu offered something for most. The fish tacos tasted and looked great, the reubens, split in 2 could handle more beef and sauerkraut. A welcome break.
Amazing food and great customer service. My husband and I stopped at a hotel nearby for the night and decided to do a to go order. I accidentally ordered it for a different location and this location was accommodating to make sure everything was right. Very glad it was an easy fix for a mistake. The food was delicious. Lots of variety too! The pretzels and cheese appetizer was the best I’ve had. Definitely recommend!!
Ordered pizza for take out on May 2, 2022. Tried to order online but could not because we are from Canada and don't have a zip code, we have a postal code so we could not enter payment. I would suggest that the online ordering payment system be updated to include this. As a result, we had to call in the order - which was fine. Ordered three different pizzas - one was gluten free and the other two were regular. All were delicious. In fact, we packed up the leftover pizza to eat while driving the next day it was that good! I would highly recommend the Bacon & Mashed Potato Gourmet Pizza - on my top 5 pizzas I have ever eaten! The gluten free pizza was very good as well - and we all know that sometimes it leaves a lot to be desired. Pizza was ready when promised and the pick up of the order was seriously cool! They had a drive through pickup at the back of the restaurant. When we entered the drive through area, there were coolers with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to purchase as well as different snacks. What a great touch! I loved it. The patio looked nice but we had a dog and a sleeping baby at the hotel room which is why we ordered take out. Hopefully next time we can dine in. Employee working the drive through area was very pleasant. Well done Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill!
Excellent service with our attentive waitress. We had 12 in our party. I was glad we made reservations in advance as it is a busy place. This was my first visit at this establishment. They offer a large variety of foods. I plan to return.
I'm always looking for good salads and the Greek salad here did not disappoint. I appreciated the authentic olives and feta cheese and the mixed greens, and the addition of pineapple was a nice touch. The lemon vinaigrette was awesome.
Stopped in was seated and not busy at all. No server in site still waiting? This is not the first time. It has happen about 2 weeks ago. Now over 20 minutes and still waiting.25 minutes and still no server. So we got up and left. If this is the new beer barrel style I will go to McDonalds. They are at least happy to see you. Got there at Beer Barrel at3:15 pm left at 3:45 pm. With never seeing a server.
