This place taught me that their employees don't care. 6/2/22 called 20 min before they closed and verified they closed at 11, then drove across town and got there at 10:50 and discovered they decided they would close early. Arby's Findlay has lost my family's business entirely, this one closes when they feel like it and the main street location can't get a order right to save a life.Why even conduct business if you don't care? Playing damage control after you've offended your clientele isn't how business is done.
Make sure you call the Arbys restaurant you plan to visit to see if they are going to be open the hours that they have posted, because apparently their “hours vary”. What a joke !That’s what I was told (see review for Main Street store) in a reply to my other post.I swear, trying to do business anywhere that employs the new generation now is like living in a time warp of incompetence and degeneration unlike any other !And Arbys wants to DELIVER ? They cannot even run their stores !What a sad excuse for a restaurant chain !
I am so impressed by the improvements that Arby's has made. Even with being short staffed like all of us the speed and efficiency has improved so much. I used to prefer McDonald's due to speed but the last few times I have been thru Arby's, you guys have rocked it out. I'm overall extremely happy with Arby's but only improvements I could suggest is to make sure sauces are in the bag, that is it. Great job Arby's
Food poisoning was not what I had in mind when I got Arby's, but that's what happened. I have never been that sick in my life.
Wait time was a bit long,order was messed up , other food was not made properly and ended up giving me food poisoning ?.. turkey was ice cold and breading was hard as a rock ..... not a good experience at all !
I've never eaten here personally. However, I'm still convinced this a money laundering front because ain't no way people paying $4 for a moist deli meat sandwich that looks like it was made in a college frat house.
Service was quick but parts of my order was missing. Went into lobby to get order fixed. Alot of employees looked at me but did not acknowledge me. A manager finally did and fixed the problem.
Still want dining room open. It was for a while and the last few times it hasn't. Food Quality has been lacking also.
roast beef is great and jalapeno bites are out of the world with bronco berry sauce. new system wasn't working so he said sorry no receipt
Horrible experience... won't eat there again
