Sign says open...I mean it is 5pm on a Saturday lights on worker inside. No.one answers drive through or even picks up the phone.
This restaurant was CLOSED without explanation at 7:30 p.m on Saturday, May 21st.No lights, no sign in the door, no sign at the drive through, NOTHING !We sat at the drive through for a few minutes only to find out NO ONE WAS HOME !How do you run a fast food restaurant that is closed at 7:30 on a SATURDAY EVENING (prime time of the week, mind you) without warning or notice of any kind ?And now I see Arbys is advertising DELIVERY ?SERIOUSLY ?You can’t even run your stores ! How about focusing on that first, huh ?These kids of this generation we have entering the workforce are an embarrassment and a disgrace !
I took our son there for lunch this week and it was clean, friendly, great service and food! So glad that they kept some of it's old charm from before the model on the inside, and had complimentary updated decor!
They may have the meats, but they don't have the hustle. Slowest drive-thru I have ever experienced. Ever.There is no excuse for a 20-minute drive-thru wait when you're the only one in it.
Had to repeat order and still wasn't 100% correct. They made it right at the window. Then my kids go to make their airplanes (toys in their meal) and they stink so bad we just threw them out. Very disappointing that a kids toy stinks of chemical so bad!
I have been to this location multiple occasions during open hour times where I have sat in line for over 10 minutes and no one assisted me at the drive through. I even tried calling to see if anyone would pick up and never could reach anyone. When I wait in line all of the cars behind and in front of me end up leaving due to this issue.
1 sandwich was fantastic but the other was old dry meat and the fries were stale. The line was long and not worth going back to get the order fixed
Today was fantastic service and The chicken bowl is highly recommended
Since right after opening after COVID they can’t get an order right to save their lives. And THEN they have the phone number listed going to a fax machine so you can’t even call them! Terrible.
This is my other favorite fast food restaurant I eat here all the time I love roast beef I love all their sandwiches they have great food here
