Great portions! Beer was cold, and all of our food was hot. It also has alot of Pokestops for anyone who is into that sort of thing.
Say they can’t even keep track of their orders, first they give ur order to the wrong person, give it back to you during Covid (disgusting) and the horrible owner pretty much calls you a liar and says that didn’t happen. Someone offer etiquette class for this owner and her general manager because they clearly shouldn’t run a business with that type of attitude.
Food was decent, I’d say a 5/10, I ordered bbq burger and onion rings, could’ve been a bad day or something. However service was amazing, Karolyn was an absolutely wonderful waitress. Her service is definitely worth a 5 of out of 5. Good work Karolyn!
We like to come grab a bite to eat before shopping at Jungle Jim's and always have a good experience. The servers are friendly and the food is good. They make out food just the way we like it and the food comes out fairly quickly too. We like to meet up with our friends and go to events at Jungle Jim's but usually wind up here at some point in the night. It's a great place to hangout and visit or watch a game
Went to this place because i had to visit Jungle Jim’s. The hostess definitely looked high. Just kept looking at us, until i said 2. She grabbed 2 menus and .. did nothing. We saw a table available and asked if we could use it. It wasn’t possible, because the waitress for that area was in a break. “So you don’t have a spot for us?” She answered “no, I don’t “. And we went away. That was surreal and I wouldn’t recommend this place because i didn’t feel really welcomed.
Unreal. I ordered 5 bone in wings, my wife ordered 5 boneless and garlic aioli fries to split. Took longer than expected but they were busy, boneless were cold as fries were dead. 5 minutes passed before the bartender checked on us. Manager grabbed the cold food and said she would fix it. My wife had taken a bite off one of the wings and put the other half back in the bowl. The manager returned with the same wings retossed! Half bitten piece and all! Fries were nuked, but the manager said she took someone else's fresh fries. Did they retoss them in the bowl they toss all the others?? Good question.
$8.99 for the “lunch size” buffalo chicken salad. Biggest rip off ever! If a manager was ever present I would have sent my side salad back.
Went there with some coworkers/friends. service was very friendly. Food was very good and brought to the table fairly quickly. The sauce with the dish was one of the best sauces I've ever had in a restaurant. First time ever going to a Wings and Rings and I'll definitely be going back.
