Horrible. Even for White Castle. Service sucked. Girl taking orders had I hate my job and everyone that comes in. Food had no taste(I don't have covid) Fries were raw. Got two Milkshakes, one was all milk and the others was all ice cream.Advice, if you hate your job that much, leave.
They don't give re hires after alot of years a second chance is what I was told during an interview. This company may fold up if they can't keep their restaurants full of employees. I didn't eat but I seen dirty tables and pop machine. Eat at your own risk I guess.?
I ordered White Castle hamburgers freshly made. They gave me the oldest hamburgers I couldn't eat them they were so horrible
The lady (beautiful blk stiletto nails) was very patient with me looking at the menu & respected my food (ask the cook guy to lay down my onion chips & fish nuggets since she didn't have on any gloves).I went back up to ask for a paper & plastic bag. I had my hand out & the young boy put the bags on the counter (rude).
If you want greasy food fast and late at night, say after binge drinking, get your DD to stop here on the way home. Lol it's greasy fast and hot! Your welcome.
I've been eating at White castles ever since I was a kid. There is something different about the burgers. I am a devotee about the White please believe it.
My cousin and I came through here after 2am this morning and I just want to say.. whoever was working that shift. Should get a raise!! The food was fresh. Hot and we got it in a timely manner. Without waiting in line for forever!! Great job 3rd shift!!!!!
Worst experience I've had with White Castle ever in my life. Food tasted... Not like normal white castle. Ordered onion chips. Ordered a sac online. Was asked if I'd like to substitute it for something. Told them the loaded fries. What did I get? A small order of fries. Mozzarella sticks tasted like they were refried. The burgers. I was honestly surprised. They tasted nothing like I have had before. Ordered very light onion. Of course they're covered. By the time I scraped the majority off so my kids could eat. It was beyond cold and the sandwiches we falling apart. I spent way too much money there that night. I'm honestly turned off by white castle all together now. Another location doesn't even interest me. I've literally been eating here since the day I was born. It was mom's last meal. Smh... I wouldn't have even wrote a review if Google wouldn't have suggested it.
I hadn't ate at a white castle in years. This place was awesome. Staff was friendly. Food was made fast, fresh, and even looked appealing. Honestly I couldn't have asked for a better fast food experience. Thank you.
The 1921 burger tasted like it WAS from 1921 when I got it home and ate it. It had a weird aftertaste, like fungus. I think they poisoned me. I feel like $h1t!
