0900 and was told not open yet. But had a lady walk in and order food. And customers go through drive through and order food. Not understanding why I was not allowed to order.

Lady at the drive thru refuse to service my husband because he walked up , he's a truck driver and couldn't drive up! Shame on you lady how do you think you got the food to serve anyway? And by the way why isn't your dining area open to the public?? And don't give me that jibissh about the Corona virus either
This girl told me today that I can’t order from the window and im in a big truck how am I gonna get breakfast in a big truck they need to open the doors early because people need food but this shift the only shift that want let me order from the window she said they was busy but no one was in the window line smh
Took forever to place an order, to get our order and to just get sauce. We asked the cashier for sauce and they had to get the manager because they couldnt understand what we were asking...
Food was hot, fresh, and fast. Place was clean and not very busy. Saddly there are no ketchup pumps but that might be a Covid policy and they can't help it, I just hate opening up those tiny ketchup packets. They aren't THAT difficult to open, I just feel like I am wasting plastic. I dunno, personal preference, I know.I ordered the Chicken Bacon Asiago Something Sandwich I forget the name really and it honestly is the best Sandwhich on their menu. If you think it's the baconator, you are wrong. Joel, the baconator is good, but its not the best. You won't even try the chicken sandwich. Like seriously Wendy's has a very good spicy chicken its just like the nuggets why won't you try it in sandwhich form? My only problem is I don't have stomach space for two sandwiches because if I could, I would. I seriously enjoy that sandwich.Anyways, sorry to get off topic. Had a good experience. One of the better Wendy's. My friend even says this one is his favorite Wendy's and it helps that it is next to the Antique Mall. Which is a REALLY AWESOME place you have to check it out. Just eat at this Wendy's and then go to the Antique Mall. Trust me. You'll have fun.
After have a very bad experience with McDonald's customer service 10 minutes prior to my visit. The customer service here is out standing. Workers are respectful. And my food was hot
Was not good. Stale buns and the sandwich was covered in sauce. So much sauce it was like trying to eat chicken wings in the car
Need to have dinning area open all the time !
