I ordered food late night at 10:15 pm. I drove five minutes to my home just to turn on the oven to reheat the food. It was not fresh, so I turned the oven off and discarded it. I drove back to the Wendy's but they were closed. I called up there and spoke to someone about my order, but I couldn't find the receipt to show proof of purchase?. Someone helped by crediting my order to me and preparing what I ordered two days prior.... I should've just left it alone ?. This food was about the same, the only difference was my fries were hot, nuggets were not. I usually don't eat Wendy's and I can't say that'll I'll return. Thanks to the guy who assisted with my store credit.
Manager was terrible. Girl in training was doing well liked her Manager stepped in with the being a jerk enough to where I called Corp on him. I'm going to take it as having a bad day

They screw up my food on night shift all the time. I ask for a Jr hamburger I get a cheeseburger. I order a Dave's double w/cheese an get no cheese. They forget the fries
Not sure if they only have one employee now but if the line is wrapped keep moving. It says I was there a week ago. What it does not tell you is that I did not receive any food. After waiting in line for 25 minutes I left. Two cars in front of me had already left and the line was still that long. Since covid this Wendy's has completely went downhill and getting through the line is nearly impossible.
Waited in line for over 30 minutes and there were only 2 cars in front of me. I thought the intercom was broke because they never acknowledged me, so I proceeded to the window in drive thru. The women was friendly and took my order with ease. The food was good and hot. So the service was great it was the wait that I thought was a bit much!
Disappointed in the new fresh french fries. They were cold and not crispy. Advertisment is false
This location can't get an order correct if their life depended on it. Zero standards apparently. It's how the world is, especially with fast food. I won't return. Not that they care. Check your order before pulling off. It's a surprise every time!
The food its good quality if you can get through the drive thru line to get it. The dineing room is closed so you forced to wait 10min + to even place your order in the drive thru and that isnt lunch or dinner rush expect to wait longer ?
