I have no issues with the food or service, but the drive up window has a curb sticking out that constantly gets hit. I've grinded my wheel twice and have decided I won't go back. The window server told me on the last grind "yeah, people hit that all the time". Which seems like a sign that maybe they should correct this.I admit this is on me, the driver, to not hit the curb. But apparently, I'm not the only one grinding wheels on this absurd curb.
The food here is pretty good , I like Wendy's over McDonald's mainly for the fries and honey mustard sauce. As well as the nuggets I think are a bit better . But lately they have been closing around 8 pm and I understand they don't have anybody wanting to work but I mean co.e on this is a huge company if you cant get people to come in then prob should pay them more. Lol but I do love Wendy's one of the best fast food places!!!
dude at the first window was super nice but we had to come back around because they forgot a few things and the girls at the second window were rude. put them in the back because they obviously don’t know how to properly talk to customers. she gave me an attitude and looked at me like i had 3 eyes. had the nerve to only give me one straw and one sauce even though we had to go all around the drive thru. she got me fuqed up!
No spicy chicken but the honey hot was great.
They are very rude at this location and they don't care about customers: I had Doordarsh pick up and she asked me to pull up the window 2, I had to stay there over 35 minutes and another driver pulled right back to me. Then she came with the other customer's food and find out she forgot about me and instead of apologize she was so aggressive saying that I supposed to go inside and had me to go inside to pick up the order. That was like 5 weeks ago and today the same scenario happened.
5 people in a window and you take 10 minutes for a 4for4. When I was 15 I did a better job than you. Yall don't even deserve 7.25.
The fries were great and the # 8meal was pretty good. Their coke is neck and neck with McDonald's in my opinion.
Seriously, I always thought that a Double meant 2 pieces of meat? Apparently not considering my wife and I only got singles. And what is it with fast food workers either forgetting straws all together, or only giving one out? And I thought my job was hard.
I waited for 25 min in the drive pick of doordash bcuz there lobby was closed I understand covid has slowed thing down but it's almost 2022 and that's ridiculous..
The place doesn't even have the lobby open, and they can't keep the drive thru flowing smoothly. It takes 30 minutes just to get through the drive thru.
